Perfect Beach Getaway

Bay Forest is an AMAZING resort community located ~5 miles from beautiful Bethany Beach featuring extraordinary amenities and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom plus loft with 2.5 bath vacation house features a casual elegance throughout and includes central air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, WiFi, sunroom, charming patio and gas grill. Bay Forest features three pools which include two slides, a lazy river, and a lap pool plus separate tot pool for little ones! There is also basketball and volleyball courts, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, nature trails and biking paths, playgrounds, beach shuttle and crabbing pier. Off season available.

** Please note that the Bay Forest community charges $50/person (for anyone age five and older) for use of the community amenities. This payment will be paid directly to the Owner 30 days prior to arrival.

** Please note: Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are not included. There are hand towels, dish towels, and bath mats which may be used, but will need to be washed by the guests before departure. Disposable products (soaps, shampoos, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee, basic spices etc.) are not guaranteed, but I will try to have upon your arrival.

The house was the perfect space for my family, the 2 pool areas were amazing, my daughter, wife and I enjoyed the water slides and the lazy river, we biked on the paths around the neighborhood. The house was close to Bethany Beach, ocean city, and Dewey beach, would definitely rent from Susan again.

Great Location

Fantastic stay! The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication was quick and friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and has the best amenities in the Bethany Beach area.

Beautiful home and wonderful property owner!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a family vacation, and it was perfect! The home was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family with children. It is close to Bethany beach, but was also an easy drive to Ocean City. The swim area was amazing! Susan was so wonderful to work with. She was always available for questions, and just so friendly! We 100% recommend this home!

Excellent stay

The check in process was so convenient. The house was spotless and kitchen very well stocked, even has a wine fridge :) . The amenities of the property were amazing, 2 pools, a lazy river, waterslides, lap swimming, a gym, pickle ball, tennis hiking and biking paths. Just 5 miles from Bethany Beach and there is a shuttle available on weekend. 5 stars.

Beautiful House

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we expected! Our family of 9 ( 6 adults, 3 children) had more than enough room, bedding was comfortable. The children ( and adults too) loved the pool with the slides and lazy river. We were disappointed to find the shuttle was not available daily, only Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We did not find this out till Monday. We did not understand the trash situation, apparently we were to take it with us. After asking at clubhouse, were told we could use dumpster that is for clubhouse only. Susan was very helpful and quick with any questions. We did use kitchen and grill, kitchen had everything we needed. Recommend for a family vacation! The Border family
