Welcome to your relaxing getaway in the stunning, resort-style Bear Trap Dunes community, only 3 miles from Bethany Beach and home to quiet tree-lined streets, a world class 27-hole golf course and many amenities for the whole family to enjoy! We are a short drive to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Fenwick Island and Ocean City MD.

Our charming townhome is centrally located and stocked with all the essentials to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible!

The home features three bedrooms - the first floor master bedroom with king bed and attached bath, and two additional bedrooms and another full bath on the second floor.

You will enjoy a spacious open living area including a living room with a smart tv for you to sign in to your favorite streaming platforms, as well as books and games for all to enjoy. The kitchen is stocked with many supplies for cooking and dining needs.

The screened in patio and open back deck are ready for you to sit and enjoy the morning sunrise or your evening cookout while taking in stunning views of the golf course. (New patio furniture arriving for the 2025 season!) The shared backyard is a perfect spot for the kids to play!

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes is a family friendly and peaceful community, great for walking, biking and rollerblading. It is home to the scenic and top rated 27-hole Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Enjoy a delicious meal at Coastal Kitchen, the onsite clubhouse restaurant.

The community has many amenities, including a large outdoor pool and kiddie pool, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, a pavilion with foosball, ping pong and cornhole, playground, indoor pool, sauna and fitness center. We are only a short walk from all of these activities. Avoid the parking fees and hassle of driving to the beach by hopping on the seasonal beach shuttle! It runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day and takes you directly to Bethany Beach. All guests ages 4+ can purchase a pass to take advantage of all these amenities. The 2025 optional amenity pass fees are as follows and can be purchased by guests prior to arrival.

Our home has a laundry room with a washer and dryer and in the garage you will find a foosball table, and beach chairs and toys for your use.
Your rental includes a professionally cleaned linen package, including bedding that will be ready upon your arrival and towels for each guest.
