Great location to many tourist attractions. Comfortable accommodation. The host was on hand with any queries we had straight away.The rec centre passes were a bonus - try the adult only outdoor pool even if cold outside as it’s heated.

Fantastic rental! 7 of us fit into house very comfortably! We enjoyed the hot tub, recreation center and some local restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will re-book next time we in area!!

We had a wonderful experience renting this property. The community center was beautiful and we loved rhe pool and the restaurant had great food and drinks! The house was clean and set up beautifully for our arrival. We were provided everything we needed and fresh towels were left on every bed. We absolutely loved the quiet and relaxing wooded environment as well as our 2 dogs. We would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed staying at this vacation home. We had 6 adults and two small children in our party. We aren’t much of skiers but love the white mountains in the summer time. There was plenty to do nearby. The pools hot tubs etc were great. We ventured up to story land for a day but mostly stayed around the area and just enjoyed all the amenities that came with the guest passes. The owners are wonderful people who mange their rentals well. Would stay again.

Nice property with superb property managers

A pleasant stay in a great location. It was nice to have the rec center with gym and pools right there. The property managers are super responsive. A little small for our party of 8 but we waited to book it a little too long and it’s advertised appropriately so that’s on us. It all worked out.

Fun family trip

My husband, daughter (age 7) and parents all enjoyed our stay! = It was a wonderful setup for our family and it was so nice to have access to the community center with the indoor pool for our daughter. The extra passes made it easy for all of us to go as a family, as well! Everyone said they would love to come back to stay!!!

Nice home

We had a short stay in mid October to observe foliage in NH. House is very very clean. Worked out well for teens to be separated form adults on the lower level that has garden acsess and a tub. House has 6 passes for free access to Sports facilities with several swimming pools, jacuzzi a well equipped gym, play room, tennis courts, basketball courts - plenty of things to do to relax and stay active in between other things NH has to offer.

Great stay

My family, dogs, and I had a peaceful and comfortable stay at Deborah's property. The access to the porch and use of a private hot tub looking into the woods was particularly nice. The home was clean and had the essentials you would need (e.g., basic spices to cook, extra toilet paper, etc.). It is about a third mile from the community center and has six passes guests can use. Though we didn't make use of them on this particular occasion (just went once to see if they had any DVDs we could borrow), I know that six passes isn't common. It's great to have them in case you get a rainy day during your stay. We really appreciated being able to bring the dogs. I will definitely be looking to book again in the future!

We really enjoyed our ski weekend at this house. The location was 1/2 hr from both Cannon Mt and Loon, and we had fun at both mountains.

White Mtn Adventure

Great location and having access to the resort amenities was phenomenal!! Extremely responsive owner and the house had everything we needed, without question. The basement level is a little worn and the outside a bit untidy but the main floor and loft areas were perfect for our needs. Great, open, communal space and was wonderful to be able to have our dogs with us!!

Perfect Ski Getaway!

Deb's place was perfect for a ski weekend getaway. It had plenty of room/beds, was very warm and cozy, and the hot tub was an added bonus. Deb was very communicative throughout the process and gave us all the helpful info in advance. Would definitely go back. Thanks Deb!

Family and dog friendly private location

I stayed with my family of 5 (age 9-12)and our medium sized pitbull. The kids loved their bedrooms, I loved the fact we could take our dog, the spaciousness of the house and the privacy. We were given great directions and some recommendations on restaurants and stores too. We did not end up using the hot tub but it was on and someone came the morning we left to take care of it. So it is being maintained. We did have a bear sighting, which was exciting! Just knocked over the trash can and left when it couldn't get into it. Nothing scary. A few minor repairs could be done to upgrade (but whose house doesn't need that) and bathrooms did have water damage, especially the one downstairs. I was a bit disappointed with the rec center (not the owners fault) but still thought I'd mention it. The pools were great but the arcade was small and half the games didn't work. By the pictures I thought they had kayaks there to use but you have to bring your own. Staff was friendly though! Overall a great stay! I felt safe, comfortable (the beds were good!) and could easily reach Deb if needed.

It Worked

The amenities of Waterville estates were great. The rec center kept the kids busy and the living area/kitchen of our house were fine. All the bedrooms and bathrooms could use some updates and specifically the bathrooms could have been better cleaned. We had 2 full, stinky garbage bins upon arrival and a bear that like to knock them over every morning. Overall we had a good stay, and if you calibrate your expectations you will too.
