This unit is a north corner unit located further away from the construction area, which helps reduce the amount of noise heard from the condo. Construction is expected to wrap up by the end of the year. Guests may still experience some daytime noise during their stay, however common areas and amenities remain accessible unless otherwise noted. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect the ongoing work. Please feel free to reach out with any questions before booking. Thank you for your understanding!

It was a lovely condo overlooking the ocean. Close to all the things we wanted to do so we could walk everywhere. So appreciated the host and hostess for having us.

They need to repair and replace some things in the condo. The bathtub needs refinishing. It is yellow in several places and has some rust. The inside of the front door needs sanding and repainting. It would be helpful if there was a key pad instead of a key lock. I know this isn’t a big deal but the ironing board cover needs replacing! It has a grease stain and a huge rip in it. But I did enjoy my stay. If those things are corrected, I would definitely rate it 5 stars.
