Golden Arms 502 is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo located directly on the beach in New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from almost every room and relax on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This spacious condo is within walking distance to Historic Flagler Avenue with shopping, dining, and entertainment. GA 502
They need to repair and replace some things in the condo. The bathtub needs refinishing. It is yellow in several places and has some rust. The inside of the front door needs sanding and repainting. It would be helpful if there was a key pad instead of a key lock. I know this isn’t a big deal but the ironing board cover needs replacing! It has a grease stain and a huge rip in it. But I did enjoy my stay. If those things are corrected, I would definitely rate it 5 stars.
