Welcome to Coronado Towers 703! With the Atlantic Ocean visible from nearly every room, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the ideal place for salt-water lovers. Besides its oceanfront location, this beachy getaway resides just a short drive away from local dining and shopping on the popular Flagler Avenue. Treat yourself and 5 lucky guests to an unforgettable stay in this 7th-floor retreat.
The primary bedroom holds a king bed and flat-screen TV. In the nearby primary bathroom, you will find an updated walk-in shower and an extra-long vanity. Your guests will enjoy an equally restful stay in the second bedroom. Two twins and a king bed allow for up to four guests to comfortably share the room. Amenities such as a large dresser, plenty of closet space, and a flat-screen TV complete the room. The guest bathroom holds a standard shower/tub combo and an extra-long vanity.

About Coronado Towers

Coronado Towers is located on the driving section of the beach and offers amazing oceanfront condos. Built in 1969, there are 44 units in the complex. The complex has an oceanfront pool, just steps from the beach. You can relax by the pool as well on their pool deck which has umbrellas and lounge chairs. There is also a grilling area poolside overlooking the beach. Guests have convenient access to the beach for bicycling, surfing, windsurfing, or fishing. To top it all off, it is just a 7-minute walk to Flagler Ave, New Smyrna's entertainment district, where you'll find delightful cafes, chic new restaurants, lazy beach bars, and plenty of shopping from surf shops to artesian boutiques.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish. Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something for everyone.

Wonderful stay

Perfect Beach Vacation!

The property was great, very clean and had everything we needed. The beach view was absolutely gorgeous! We also loved the short walk to Flagler avenue. The pool was well maintained and had plenty of seating. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely book this unit again!

Great place on the beach!

Everything was wonderful! Great place and short walk to Flagler Street. Two minor details; internet not working and master bedroom TV would say “Can’t have more than 2 TV’s streaming at same time” but besides these two minor issues we would still rent again! Thank you!

Nice place

We didn’t care for the drive beach, which of course has nothing to do with the condo or the unit. The unit was very nice, every kind of kitchen tool, etc you could need, lots of towels, and cleaning stuff. The one complaint, the second bedroom REALLY needs a better mattress on the big bed. Hard as a rock.

Updated condo at a great location

Updated interior of condo and its amenities made it convenient and enjoyable during our stay. Enjoyed the ocean front views and pool. Building itself showed its age (elevators were small, but operable); however, maintenance was in the process of refreshing exterior (shows care for the building). The tenants were friendly and helpful, as well as the building manager; a family friendly place to stay. Highly recommend this unit!

The unit was just as portrayed. Although an older condo, it has been well maintained. The unit was clean and had all that we needed. The only complaint we had was the beds. We tried the bed in the master but it was a foam mattress that you sunk into. The bed in the second room was also a king size but it was as hard as a board. Also, the towels, though clean, need to be replaced with some that are not bleach stained. The view from the room was great though.

Vacation rental

Condo was very clean and very well equipped. The location is wonderful for walking to Flagler for shopping or dinner. The downside of Coronado Towers is the elevator. It is very small. It takes several trips to get everything in. The downside to condo 703 is the king size bed in the master bedroom. It needs replaced. It feels like you are falling out of bed on either side.

7th floor condo New Smyrna Beach

A bit dated. Good location. Quiet from outside noise. Comfortable. Appliances worked well, the washer and dryer were so great to have in the condo. The elevator was very slow but worked well. TV worked well but was difficult to program.

Everything was as pictured!

The location was quiet stocked very well no issues checking in. The beach was fabulous. I do need to mention that the unit does not have bed bugs! However the no seeums can be a pain. We didn't deal with them at the condo but did on the mainland where there was not a breeze.

Almost perfect

This condo is great with an amazing view. I was unfortunately here during Milton and lost power for two days as well as tv and internet for the majority of my stay. I was told a partial refund was issued but it has not happened just yet. Hopefully it’s just an oversight. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning Views

Condo is clean and well-maintained! Beautiful views of the drivable beach and walking distance to Flagler Avenue for plenty of shopping, dining, drinks and entertainment. We had groceries delivered and the property manager must have put them away for us before our arrival. Check into condo before going to the store. A lot of items are provided that are not listed. our adult family had a great time here and will consider renting this unit again.

Very nice condo, great location

The condo is within a short walk of the Flagler Street area of New Smyrna Beach. There is fun shopping and many interesting restaurants. We had a nice view of the ocean and beach, although this time of year you are not able to see the actual sun rise because of the angle of the building. The kitchen was well equipped and it looks there there were a a lot of pillows and blankets if you had a larger group. The mattress in the main bedroom was a little soft for our taste and the one in the guest bedroom was like a rock. I feel a bit like Goldilocks hoping for one that is “just right”I was a little confused when we got there because the previous place we stayed had on site management of condo rentals. There is on site management of the condominium building, but their hours differ from those of the Rental management of this condominium unit. Both were very responsive.

Unit was nice and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Pool was exceptionally clean. WiFi did not work the first 2 days. Password was wrong and it took some time to rectify the problem. Head maintenance man was not at all accommodating. Lights were not working on the 7th floor walk way and we couldn’t see to unlock the door without my flashlight. Only one working cart for all 40 units and it was not the best. Took several trips to take luggage in and out. Maintenance man was aware of the problems and didn’t seem to care.

Coronado Towers

The location is perfect for what we were looking for! Love being able to easily walk into town. The condo was comfortable and very quiet considering the number of people that were staying there. There were recent renovations to the bathrooms, but they do need to have fans installed. Everything fogged up without the door open.
