The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 6 guests within two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and its own smart TV, while the second bedroom offers two double beds and a bunk bed. Extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades help ensure restful nights after days on the beach.



Living spaces

A spacious layout of 1346 ft² provides plenty of room to relax. The living area invites you to gather with family or friends, with a smart TV for entertainment. Large glass doors open directly to the balcony, where you can sit back and take in expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, blender, and all the basics needed to prepare meals. Dishes, silverware, and cookware are provided, making it easy to enjoy breakfast before the beach or dinner after a day exploring.



Building amenities

As a guest at Sian Ocean Residences, you have access to shared facilities that include a seasonal swimming pool with a sundeck and a fitness center. The building also provides a business center with high-speed internet, a room with an entertainment area, and valet parking available for an additional charge. An elevator ensures convenient access to the apartment.



Essential comforts

The unit includes WiFi throughout and a dedicated workspace for remote needs. Air conditioning and heating keep the temperature comfortable year-round. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided, along with hangers and an iron.

Guest Access:

Guests will check-in at the Residences via Front Desk.

There is a mandatory FOB of USD $40 for every two guests charged at check-in. This fee can only be paid by credit or debit card. This grants access to common areas like seasonally heated pool, gym, room with entertainment area, . If you have a car, there is valet parking for $20/night.

Located on South Ocean Drive, this unit puts you at beach walking distance and a 7-min ride from many great local hot-spots like Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Aventura Mall, and more ..



Other Things to Note:

Guests will find mini versions of toiletries as well as dish soap and paper products upon arrival.

We would like to let our visitors know that extra daily cleaning products and toiletries are not provided.



There is a washer and dryer combo on every floor in the hall next to the elevators.



If needed, we offer rollaway beds and full-size baby cribs for rent.



Playpens and cribs are also available upon request.



We reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable unit if your unit becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
