Wait no longer! Come enjoy a fabulous beach getaway at this tropical oasis. Sian Ocean Residences, Directly on the ocean, step down to the sand and sea from a beautiful and immaculate 2/2 condo. Condo is newly updated, extremely spacious and clean, tastefully and professionally decorated. Gorgeous pool and ocean views from your private patio. This unit is equipped with everything you may possibly need, crisp new linens, fresh towels, all kitchenware, just bring your toothbrush. Gorgeous luxury full service building with state of the art gym, game room, pool, onsite cafe & beach bar.
Please note there is a one time registration fee of $30 per every 2 people. Parking is valet with the following fees: 1 or 2 days $20/day, 3-6 days $15/day, 7 days $90 total, 8-14 days $125, 15-31 days $175.

The unit was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that Allison was easily reached when needed. Publix is an easy 1/2 mile walk and the beach path was easily accessed from the side door. Overall a great stay!

We were really pleased with our stay! It was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable! We had a really late flight so the host even allowed us to check out at 3pm. This was highly appreciated.

This place was a construction site on the second floor where the workers prepared every morning at 7am plus the gym is under the apartment not a lot of sleep should have been informed of the situation!!!!

Beach vacation.

The property is excellent for sun and beach stays. Short distance to Hollywood Beach and great restaurants.Checking in was a little different as I use a valet parking and need to check into front desk for assistance.

Parking was easy. However....there was construction going on and when we went to leave, we pulled around back to load our car. With permission from the lobby. This is the same door we have to use to access the beach. As soon as we pulled in the back, someone from the condo next door came running out screaming at us and claimed he called the cops. We tried to explain we were loading our car and he lost his mind on us! The host was AMAZING and the hotel staff was great too.

Im going to rate this property as I would if there were no construction going on as the condos are under a great deal of construction and our host was unaware that construction would be ongoing during our stay and she made ir right. The condo is great, very clean and spacious. We loved the beach and that it was close to things but not on the boardwalk. The host was very easy to communicate with and other than unforseen construction the stay was amazing. We would stay here again as long as there is no construction happening.

Great family trip

We traveled to Miami for a wedding and made it a family trip. The location, amenities and property manager made it a great vacation for 10 days. We’d definitely recommend and come back again.

Perfect for our family!

We had a great time. Couldn’t find the right remote for the bedroom tvs but they weren’t really needed anyway. Loved that there was roll away bed as my (3) kids had no interest in sharing the 2 ample sized beds in the second bedroom. Great beach access. Pool had nice shade. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Having chairs and beach towels were a huge plus. We enjoyed being steps from the beach and spent every evening out on the deck. We would happily rent from Allison again.

We had a great stay. Location was good, nice good sized heated pool. Close walk to beach. Only down side- listing said hot tub and there was no hot tub on property.

Great Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Sian Ocean Residence. This property was well equipped with all we needed. The host Allison is wonderful to work with and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. She went above and beyond to accommodate our changing schedule which was greatly appreciated. The property is in a good location, far enough away from the main boardwalk to have quiet days and only an uber ride away to get to all the main attractions.

South Florida Spring Break.

My family and I chose this condo for its location near the beach, amenities, and price. The building and condo were great for our stay. Although not a luxury property, it was clean, maintained and well-managed. Check in was simple and the condo was just as described. We were very happy with the layout and how clean it was. The only issue during our stay was construction noise from the upstairs condo. Valet was very efficient and wasn’t an issue. I would return for another stay.

Fun in Hollywood

Had an amazing week with my family the location is perfect a short car or Uber ride to boardwalk. Total beach vibe everything you need in unit and surrounding area. Clean and friendly building. Valet amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Great Stay @ Hallendale Beach

Apt is completely upgraded with a great pool view. Very roomy and comfortable. VRBO listing should include a heads up for the “required” fees for building key fob ($30 per couple) & parking ($10/day).

Amazingly beautiful place

Our host Alison was extremely attentive to all of our needs, even to the point of answering multiple calls on Christmas day. The location of this condo is ideal. We are a family who likes to cook and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. Overall just a really nice place, with comfortable beds and nice clean interior.
