Ok people, here’s an honest review of the condo, from someone who stayed here for a solid week in July.
Let me start with the pros.
This condo is clean, and in good shape. It shows a little wear, but so does my house.
It is very well stocked with towels (beach and bath) and plenty of blankets. The beds are comfortable and we easily slept all 6 of us, although our youngest made up a bed on the floor since they didn’t want to share.
The keypad to get into the unit is easy to use.
The pool area is very clean and was never crowded, we were always able to find a chair and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beach area was also never crowded, no matter what time of day we went down.
The unit comes with two beach chairs, an umbrella, toys for the kids, even a small cooler.
There is a little cafe just off the lobby area, great for a quick coffee, and also convenient to grab milk and toilet paper.
Walmart is really close for grocery purposes.
Cons:
The check in process is a bit of a hassle, but as long as you expect it and have patience, it’s fine. Be sure to get to the office by at least 4:00 to check in and bring your whole party so they can get the bracelets to access everything.
There need to be instructions on how to lock the keypad and also checkout instructions.
Some things I would recommend-
A toaster
A pair of scissors
A net for the kids to catch fish
New pillows for the master bedroom
Overall I give it 4 stars. We had fun.
