Disfrute de lo mejor de York Beach con esta casa recientemente reformada, perfecta, más separada Bunk House, a sólo 6 minutos a pie de la Casa de Baños en Long Sands Beach. Calefacción sin conductos y aire acondicionado tanto en la casa como en la caseta. La casa principal cuenta con una terraza delantera, un baño recientemente renovado, dos dormitorios, un porche delantero cerrado, terraza acristalada trasera y una barraca para 5 personas. Disfrute de la hoguera y el gran patio en la noche.

La propiedad se encuentra en una calle tranquila, a sólo 6 minutos a pie de la mejor parte de la playa, la casa del baño en largas Sands. Disfrute de la ducha al aire libre después de un día en la playa y se acomodan para la noche en el patio que se encuentra en un solar doble. La propiedad cuenta con un gran patio trasero (lote doble) con una gran fogata. También hay un conjunto de patio y mesa de picnic para disfrutar de comer fuera.

Great location, newly renovated (as advertised), spacious backyard serves as additional living space. Kids loved the bunk house! Easy walk to Long Sands, shops and restaurants. Would come back and recommend to friends!

Cozy cottage not far from the beach

Our family group had a great time at the cottage. With the bunkie there was plenty of room for our group. Well equipped kitchen, outdoor shower and fire pit were appreciated. Very comfortable, even with the latest heatwave, would go back again.

Nice house? great location

A nice, well-equipped cottage. It is small, but the owner has made the most of the space. For example, no bathtub, but a great shower in the bathroom. An easy walk to Long Sands Beach, and good access to restaurants and shops. Very nice yard, with plenty of seating, a fire pit, and barbecue grill. We enjoyed our visit and hope to come back.

Great house - just a 10-15 min walk to the beach!

Great, smartly designed house that had everything we needed for our first trip to York. The secondary house exceeded our expectations - included a little sitting area with a fridge! Fantastic location - 10-15 min walk to Long Sands beach. Beach had great corner store with food, ice cream and necessities. Used the fire pit for s’mores and the sunroom daily!

Great vacation home

We loved the house. It's walkable to the beach. The street the house is on is a quiet, dead-end street with a nice yard. The kitchen was well stocked with needed kitchen items for cooking. You do have to bring your own sheets and towels. I wish the house would have a beach cart and beach chairs to borrow because that really help increase space in our vehicle. I definitely would stay at this house again.

Amazing rental

This rental was, by far, the best I’ve ever stayed in! I can’t wait to go back next year. Super clean, everything you need for cooking, nice outdoor area, short walk to the beach, and quick, efficient communication with the host! She responds to any questions in a matter of minutes. I am very picky when choosing a rental and this place was amazing. My family had a great time - bunkhouse was a hit for our grown boys. I loved that we could also take our dog!

Gorgeous weather, beautiful beach and adorable house

We loved the house! It had everything we needed. Great quiet air conditioners/heaters in the walls of each room. Two three/four season rooms.. One in the front and one back of the house, to relax in if you want a quiet place to read. Nice big back yard with two picnic tables and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack and rocking chairs. Easy walk to the beach. You come out right at the Long Sands building with rest rooms and first aid area. There's also a store right there. Hannafords is close by, too. I had forgotten what a beautiful family beach it is. I didn't find it crowded at all. The house would be a great place for a bigger family or a bunch of friends, because of the cute bunkhouse, which has a small area in the front with a refrigerator and table and chairs and cabinets. Great enclosed outside shower with hot water, too! We had a wonderful week!

Nice home, great location

The house was very comfortable & well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet & safe for children & dogs. The yard & deck were nice, providing plenty of seating. The host was very responsive & nice. Check in & out were both easy. We would love to stay here again.

Classic beach house, easy nice walk to York beach. Dog friendly! Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Having extra beds in there bunk house was a pluses. Quick response time, would stay again!

fall stay in York with dogs

Stayed at this very nice cottage for a few days in the fall, to take dogs to the beach and hiking etc. This property has everything you need, outdoor fire pit, outdoor deck, washer dryer, wifi, cable TV, its just a really neat place, and very close to Long Sands beach. Owner is friendly and very responsive if you have any questions etc. Highly recommended, coming back in the summer.

Excellent stay in York

We just rented Karen’s cottage in York over Columbus Day weekend. What a great little cottage. It was so clean, well stocked and very comfortable beds! I traveled with my family of 4, my mother in-law who was visiting from Illinois, and our 2 dogs. The bunkhouse was a great space for us to spread out. There is no bathroom in the bunkhouse, but it’s only 10 steps from the main house so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Long Sands Beach is only minutes away and a great place to let the dogs run in the morning when the tide is out. Karen was great to work with, very responsive! We loved exploring York and Ogunquit. We will definitely be back!

Great rental and excellent communication with owner! We had plenty of space with the bunk house and it was so nice to be able to bring our dogs. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

Great stay

Cute house in a convenient location. The house was clean and well-stocked with toilet paper, soap, and other essentials. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. The beach is about a 7-minute walk. It was a little dicey since there are no sidewalks and some of the cars go fast so families with young kids should just be aware. We enjoyed being so close. Also lots of great restaurants within a 10-minute drive.

Lots of room

We had a great time, the whole process of getting in was easy, the place was clean. We loved how there were 2 sets of bunk beds in a separate area, we stayed over there. No bathroom in there, but brought a camping toilet and it was perfect for the toddlers in the middle of the night. The yard is great, with a grill and fire pit. We stayed in for dinner more than went out! And the outside shower was very convenient. I definitely recommend.

Amazing Beach Escape

Karen’s beach cottage was a piece of heaven for my partner and our two dogs. We were so comfortable in the home with plenty of space for our children next time. We were so close to the beach and loved the street. We will definitely return!

Very nice house - affordable rates!

Our family of four and two dogs had a great time at this adorable cottage. Plenty of room to spread out (and we didn’t even use the bunkhouse - which slept another 4!). Outdoor shower was amazing. Good location just a short walk to the beach. Very quiet area. Thank you!
