My first vacation alone with my great grandchildren, ages 4 and 8. We loved it! This place had everything we needed and more. The owner is wonderful! The yard is beautiful. Location is quiet yet close to everything including the beach. Couldn't have been better!

This property is in a great location, being a short walk from downtown and short sands. The property itself was well kept and had everything you would need for your stay. The yard was beautiful with a nice deck, view, and grill. The owner lives on scene, was friendly and frequently checked in to see if anything was needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great rental in York!

I’ve rented in York many times but this was my first time through VRBO. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Upon arriving, my family & I broke out in a big grin. It’s beautiful property; clean, well maintained and nicely located. It’s near everything but also on a dead end with a lovely back yard that’s very peaceful. We all loved it. Would highly recommend.

Family Beach Getaway

This is a newly remodeled duplex. Yard is beautifully maintained by owner next door. Short walk to York Beach downtown. Very comfortable and clean. Great deck with BBQ Grill. When we arrived for a weeklong stay there were no sheets or towels. Contacted Mgr. and they were provided. If staying for longer than a weekend you’ll probably need to buy extra TP, dishwasher pods, and coffee. Small things, otherwise a 5+
