This property is a great alternative to staying on the strip in a hotel. It's in a quiet condo complex, yet close drive to activities, with easy freeway access. Agree with other reviews that walking to the Strip is possible, but wouldn't recommend it. The booking process was easy, it offers a cancellation policy in case your plans change, and communication with the owner was very efficient. We didn't get check-in/check-out instructions "3 days before you arrive" as described, but owner responded immediately when we inquired, and sent clear, concise information around 24 hrs ahead. Property description is very accurate, (free) parking is right in front of the unit, the walk to the clubhouse/pool/gym are a little farther, but definitely doable. Only thing not mentioned in the description, is that the unit faces the perimeter wall of the complex, and a freight train line that carries 2 - 4 trains a day. The trains are noticeable, but the noise inside the unit is very low, and shouldn't change your mind about staying here. It's great, highly recommend!
