I rented the property for a golf trip to North Myrtle Beach for 10 golfers. The property provided ample room for everyone with 8 bedrooms & 7 full bathrooms. The pool table was a fantastic feature for post round socializing. The location of the property is within a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the local eateries and pubs by the beach.

We rented the property for a golf weekend with 8 senior citizens. The place was large and clean but the steps to every floor were long and narrow. Next time I’ll rent the elevator

Great Experience

Had a great time staying at this property! Spacious enough to fit a large group very comfortably. Great location, walking distance to both the beach and bars. Each check-in/check-out.

Great house in a great location!

The house was perfect for our golf trip. It is near everything we wanted to do on our trip. The house was clean and well stocked with anything we needed. The beds and couches were comfortable. We love the pool table! We will definitely look at staying here next year also.

The property location was excellent as well as its ability to host a large family. I do think the property itself needs updating with painting, electrical upgrade, plumbing and updated appliances including the washer, dryer and coffee machine which stop working the day before we left. The cleaning company left water spots on the refrigerator debris on the stairs and floors. Zach was very responsive when I reached out regarding the use of the elevator which worked when we followed the directions and he sent over the maintenance team when 2 of our toilets weren't working. In total we enjoyed our time together and felt safe and comfortable aside from the items I mentioned. Once the property does some basic upgrades I think it would be a great place to go back to.

Weekend stay with family and friends

We booked this listing for a weekend for a sporting event and it exceeded expectations!!! We were looking for space for everyone as a priority but We were more than pleased with the comfort and extras the listing provided. The communication was great with the host as he responded quickly with the sole issue We came across and it was resolved instantly. We will for sure be booking again in the future!!!

Large 8 people condo

House was in good location. Overall it is nice but there were many things that could help improve the experience. Example: Bathroom door could not be locked (known issue as there was a sing on door saying that), towels were worn out, rooms were dusty with sand …house also needs to sprayed for roaches

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your stay Upon checking the place we did not locate a bathroom door that was not locking , we've never post a sign that saying that , we found the note and that's probably made by one of the people in your group, As noted ,if the cleaners missed anything we would be happy to send them over , looking on my record and investigate with the pictures and the inspector we did not see sand or dust on the floor, the place was cleaned properly and was ready 1 hour before you arrived. I will notify the pest control service however it's not 100% preventative, we are still in the south and animals, roaches and other flies are part of our life. Thank you

Golf weekend with Navy buddys

Really enjoyed that everyone had their own room with at least a queen sized bed. The elevator was a definite plus. Would have liked 8 dining room chairs (had 6 that fit at dining table). Plenty of chairs at the kitchen bar and around the pool table, but they were bar height table. No big deal for most parties. Some little things missing (stopper for sink and toilet paper holders) but we had everything to make the stay worth doing at this house. Big thumbs up on the extra refrigerators and the hot water and high water pressure sure felt good after golfing. Overall very pleased.
