Thank you for the review. We will continue to improve by replacing aging items. We do not have a gas grill, but have a charcoal one. The mattresses are new but we will double check the beds. Thanks

We chose this house for the proximity to Frankenmuth for our girls shopping trip. It was a perfect location. Plenty of room for the 6 of use to sit around the table to play games and the living room was perfect for our morning coffee. There is a nice patio out back that was very secluded that we enjoyed too.

Great location and easy to find. Spacious living room and kitchen area. Very clean and tidy. We did find that the beds are not firm enough, with sagging and lack of support. Time for new mattresses!
