Welcome to our clean, cozy new home in Magna UT. Our perfect located home offer great perks such as 18 minute drive to SLC Airport, 20 minute drive to SLC Downtown and 25 minute drive to different hikes in Herriman UT. There is a few food places close to the house and Walmart Neighborhood Market only 5 minutes away. This house is very spacious and includes Fiber Internet and 2 Tvs with Netflix. This house has also 2 full Bathrooms and one laundry room and full access to a 2 car garage. NO PETS OR SMOKING.

Perfect location for the concert venue (the great saltair) general travel! Drove 4ish hours to Moab and was worth it because we had a nice place to come back to same day. SO clean and good size for 3 adults who need space at the end of the day. Not somewhere you’d want to gather and hang out for any holiday but literally perfect for settling into when needed. Really worth the price and really updated and nice!!!

We had a nice stay, the house was brand new and very comfortable. It was convenient for us to explore the Salt Flats, Great Lake, and Salt Lake City.

Family visit

The home is beautiful and spacious. Check in and check out were very easy. The location is about 15 minutes from dowtown Salt Lake City.Renters should just be aware that the development is expanding so there is construction occurring during the week- it did not start very early and never disturbed us.

Home away from Home

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is clean and new, and the house was beautiful. The entire house was spotless, and the amenities were exactly what we needed. We actually wanted to spend time just relaxing there because it felt like home. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again. We do not have any complaints. It was absolutely perfect.
