Great location. You can walk easily to most places. Clear information and communications I found that a lot of things and details needed updating, fixing, replenishing, etc. but overall a good place to stay.

Great location!

Place was great. Conveniently located, comfortable, parking available. There can be some noise, fire station on next block and a bar on the corner, so if you are looking for silence, this may not be for you. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 book there again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for a concert for the night. The place was very well accommodating and cared for. The only complaint we had was an oily substance that was on the floor going to the back hallway door. We cleaned it but took several passes to get the majority of it up to where it wasn't slippery. Otherwise it was a wonderful place!

Enjoyed my stay.

Very close to the Spectrum Center, which is why I was in Charlotte. Nice area, felt fairly safe walking late on a Friday night. Relatively quiet given the reviews about the bar nearby. Perfect for my needs.
