This condos classic beach décor is high lighted by a skylight in the living area, comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV in the living room. Pelicans Landing 404 sleeps eight people with one king, one queen bed, two twin beds and one queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional features include a washer/dryer, wet-bar area, Keurig, 3 TV's. Limit two parking spaces per unit

Flew family inn from 3 states

Very excited for family vacation. Upon arrival the exterior was nice enough. Upon entering condo, we were very dissapointed. Carpet in all bedrooms had a horrible odor and was very dirty. Bare minimum kitchen supplies. Bathrooms smelled like mold. We felt like we had to Lysol the place before moving in. We had a great trip aside from the stinky dirty condo !

Our stay was great! Place was very clean! Location was great, would definitely recommend staying here! I will sure be planning our next trip in this place!

Our Vacation

The Mrytle Beach vacation was good for the most part. I did not like the 10:00 check out when online it was 11:00 which was my reason for choosing this rental. We didn't have any problems during the stay. The rental Pelicans 404 really needs an upgrade.

Peaceful area

We normally stay farther south on shore drive where there is more activity. This listing is in a quieter area which I loved. Great for families, especially with small ones. The main balcony is screened in which leaves no fears of little ones climbing on chairs on the balcony!

all in all, very nice

loved the view. nice outdoor and living room furniture. had trouble with the t.v. and the property manager wasn't very friendly. all in all the condo was great. a few repairs and tlc are needed; but nothing major.

Nice location and view - but owner could do better with basic supplies..!

Pros..! The house is no doubt quite convenient and good location with two balcony facing the beach..! The 3 bedrooms are very convenient, specially with 3rd bedroom having half bath. The foyer before we enter the house was good design so that we never brought sand inside house. Issues.. there were no basic supplies given - like no shampoo / conditioner, no dishwashing liquid, no scrubber, no washing powder sachet. I was just expecting at least one of two of each so that we can kick start. The utensils were all left in dishwasher instead of stacked..! When we removed it, all smelled as though they were not washed. I am sure somebody just ran the dishwasher without detergent. When my family called the property manager to check the process of getting keys post office hours, manager was not interested and just asked her to "refer email". I had to call him 2nd time to get exact directions. ...! No explanation or friendly guidance on what to expect when we get there..! I have had great experiences in past with other property managers. The bathrooms can be upgraded a little with better water pressure or shower heads...! In master bathroom shower, my head was in line with shower head.. so you can imagine it was squatting bath.. ! Also the size is almost 3X3 I think..! And most annoying was the internet, it was with 15mbps and when we used 4 connections - 2 for office and 2 for school, the speed dropped to 1 - 2 MBPS per person..! We could not connect to office network ... so we had to use mobile hotspot all the time..!

Nice could be better

Nice could be better. My granddaughter found a contact lens on one of the beds. Very little supplies supplied. Really liked the screened in deck and the separate laundry room.

Taylor’s Graduation Celebration

This property was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. I loved the balconies. I wish there were directions for the use of the tv.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Preferred to have a 12 cup coffee maker not a keuig. Great location. Would rent this condo again 👍
