Cabin 114, Luxury 6 bedroom, 3 bath cabin minutes from Downtown Lexington!

Thank you Luis for your kind review. It's our pleasure and we're so trilled you enjoyed your time with us. Thank you for being such a wonderful, and very generous guest. We welcome you back anytime!

Although we appreciate your response and feedback, we feel a 3 star review is quite unjust due to the circumstance and prompt remedy. As explained, due a water leak maintenance canceled cleaning for this particular cabin, a system glitch, however an identical cabin was readily available within 35 minutes of being made aware, plus a 25% discount for any and all inconveniences. Although we understand the experience was frustrating upon arrival we remedied the situation promptly to ensure a positive experience during your stay. Per VRBO, given the circumstance, this reservation qualified for cancelation without alternate accommodations with 100% refund, however The Cabins prides itself on customer service and excellence, thus the identical lodging and discount was offered and accepted. In any business unforeseen circumstances may arise and we sincerely apologize this situation occurred but also apologize your stay with us still warranted a 3 star review despite agreed upon resolution. This review appears to be based solely on the remedied occurrence and not the entire 3 night stay, which is truly unfortunate and not an accurate depiction of the cabin itself. Again, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for allowing us to host you.
