This condo is located in the much desired building three at North Peak. Condo is very easy to get to plus close to the ski lockers. The trail access from building three is one of the best. The living area is pretty comfortable and cozy. Gas fireplace. Dining area to sit enjoy a meal with everyone. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has a full with a single bunk over it. There is also another single bed in that bedroom. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Disappointed

As others have said, sheets were badly stained, which is just not acceptable. TV is at least 25 years old, wasn't even HD let alone 4k. Obviously, we didn't rent a slopeside condo to watch TV, but we had a down day due to weather. A low end smart TV can be had for under $300, so not having one in 2024 is kind of inexplicable. Kitchen was well-stocked and appliances were in good shape. We appreciated having an actual coffee maker over k-cups.

Perfect spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great. Three suggestions...1. The queen bed frame has been an annoyance every time we stay - we keep banging our shins on the oversized, rickety frame.2. The TV could use an upgrade.3. Dustbuster would be great!

good location; very outdated furniture/unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The unit itself has very outdated furniture, etc. The beds were old and not comfortable. Have stayed in better units in these buildings. Rental folks were great and very responsive.

Great ski in/ski out condo at Sunday River

Location is perfect for skiing with ski access to both the South Ridge lodge via sundance trail and the North Peak Express Quad that you can walk to. Clean and well maintained condo.
