Beautiful House Located Right on The Bay With Private Dock - Fort Morgan

Welcome Home! This 2/2.5 property sits down along Fort Morgan Rd, about 15 minutes away from Fort Morgan itself. This property features 2 bedrooms that each have a Queen sized bed, 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom downstairs for bathroom breaks when hanging out outside, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area with great views, and a great area to relax while looking out at the water!

Enjoy the private dock with a private spot for a boat with trailer parking on site. There is a fishing room with spots to hold all of your fishing rods and a fridge to store any drinks needed to help catch that tough fish! There is a table that is used as a fish cleaning station (a permanent fish cleaning station is coming soon!!).

The property is conveniently located close to a public golf course, a public beach area, and the previously mentioned Fort Morgan. This house is also a short drive away from the heart of Gulf Shores.

Gulf Shores

It was our first year traveling south in the winter and the property worked out great in location from town, being on the water and an amenities standpoint. Jodi was very responsive and along with Melissa worked to accommodate a special request that we had. That was very much appreciated. Definitely a place we'll consider if our winter travels return to Gulf Shores.

House is located on the bay, with awesome views. Great restaurants near by yard is very pet-friendly. The elevator is very useful for move in and groceries. Only downfall is construction is ongoing next door with a 7am start time ( new house construction next door) over all the property is a great value and well-kept.

Thanksgiving on Fort Morgan

This property was absolutely lovely. Everything was so well kept up. The kitchen was the best stocked from an equipment and utensils stand point, which was wonderful as we cook most our meals. The dock is big and roomy to sit out on and enjoy the bay and beautiful sunsets. We will definitely stay at this property again.
