This brand-new 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage has a modern farmhouse feel, designed to make you feel at home. It sleeps up to 10. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and private bath. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a shared bath: one with a queen bed, the other with bunk beds and a trundle—great for kids! Each room has new bedding and a flat-screen TV with streaming.

The open floor plan offers a comfortable living space with a wrap-around couch and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island seating four and a charming breakfast nook. The outdoor covered patio has two seating areas, a hot tub, and a gas grill—perfect for enjoying St. George’s weather.

Great little house! Swing on front porch needs removed...dangerous, tipped over when sitting down. Neighbor guests snuck in one night to use hot tub uninvited.

Perfect little house

This house was everything the listing said it was. It was on the smaller side but that was perfect for our group. The only down side was the dumpsters were full so it was hard to take our trash out. And the one big pool wasn’t available to swim in. Other than that the kids loved it.

Smaller than it looks

The property is much smaller than it looks from the photos. In addition, there is almost no storage (no pantry in the kitchen, no closet or places to put clothes in bunk room, no dresser in bedrooms). The mini golf and hot tub were good amenities. I had emailed the host before our stay about property details and never heard back.
