We are conveniently located at Peak 9 in Warrior’s Mark, making our condo an ideal location to take advantage of world class skiing, adventure, dining and shopping. The Columbine Pool complex is currently under construction, but it should be completed by Dec. 1. If not, I will definitely provide passes for the newly remodeled Breck Rec Center.
The unit is a spacious 2 bdrm/3 bath condominium - with a total kitchen remodel - ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. This beautifully decorated condo can sleep 6 comfortably in its two large bedrooms each with private bathrooms, the Master has 2 queen beds and there is a King bed in the second bedroom. There are two additional twin sleeper sofas in the living room. The living room is large and inviting with plenty of room for 8 to sit comfortably and relax in style in front of the gas fireplace. The master bath is a must see – a claw-foot tub with French doors off the master bedroom. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils plus a BBQ grill on the deck and a washer and dryer in the unit.
The condo is walking distance to the Quicksilver 6 person chairlift and 1 block from downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy the convenient location while still enjoying a quiet building surrounded by nature. A car is not needed, but there is covered parking if you do have a car (2 spaces).
Enjoy the wonderful indoor and outdoor hot tubs and the year round outdoor swimming pool. The large front entry allows ample space for jackets and ski gear (plus a private storage locker on the ground level).
The unit has all the modern technology necessities, high-speed internet, expanded cable, DVD player and iPod docking station.

All rates include a one time cleaning upon departure. Mid stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Minimum night stay requirements apply (3 nights for off peak/5+ nights for peak). Taxes are additional.
