Our condo offers the perfect combination - all of the comforts of home just steps from Main Street and Breckenridge Ski Area. We are conveniently located at Peak 9 in Warrior’s Mark, making our condo an ideal location to take advantage of world class skiing, adventure, dining and shopping. Breckenridge Business License N. 40048.

The unit is a spacious 2 bdrm/3 bath condominium - with a total kitchen remodel this summer - ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. This beautifully decorated condo can sleep 6 comfortably in its two large bedrooms each with private bathrooms, the Master has 2 queen beds and there is a King bed in the second bedroom. There are two additional twin sleeper sofas in the living room. The living room is large and inviting with plenty of room for 8 to sit comfortably and relax in style in front of the gas fireplace. The master bath is a must see – a claw-foot tub with French doors off the master bedroom. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils plus a BBQ grill on the deck and a washer and dryer in the unit.

The condo is walking distance to the Quicksilver 6 person chairlift and 1 block from downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy the convenient location while still enjoying a quiet building surrounded by nature. A car is not needed, but there is covered parking if you do have a car (2 spaces).

Enjoy the wonderful indoor and outdoor hot tubs and the year round outdoor swimming pool. The unit is family friendly and comes equipped with highchair and crib. The large front entry allows ample space for jackets and ski gear (plus a private storage locker on the ground level).

The unit has all the modern technology necessities, high-speed internet, expanded cable, DVD player and iPod docking station.

Please, no smoking or pets. Must be over 25 to rent.

All rates include a one time cleaning upon departure. Mid stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Minimum night stay requirements apply (3 nights for off peak/5+ nights for peak). Taxes are additional.

About Anne Kern

We came to Colorado in 1969 for a quick weekend and have never left. Living in Denver provides such great access to nature's playground that we finally decided to 'buy' the vacation and purchased our first Breckenridge condo in 1991. Our family now consists of three generations - 2 generations of native Coloradans - and many wonderful memories have been shared in Breckenridge.

This is our second Breckenridge condo. We chose Breckenridge because of the easy access from Denver - quick enough to get to - yet world's away from our everyday lives. Not everyone in our family skis, and this location is perfect for all - walking distance to the lifts and ski school as well as Main Street with great shopping and dining!

What makes this condo unique

There is space for everyone to be together after a great day on the mountain (and after going to the hot tub - soaking outside while star gazing), playing cards, enjoying a movie or even just sitting and connecting by the fire - family time as it should be. Vacationing in a condo allows us to be together with our family and with friends - the full kitchen means wonderful home cooked breakfasts and the gas grill has provided us with feasts without ever having to leave home. Breckenridge offers so many winter activities from on-mountain adventure to sledding and one or our favorites - making snow angels outside the condo. For those looking to experience more of Colorado, within less than an hour you can be at five other World Class ski resorts - Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain Keystone, and A-Basin or enjoy a drive to Leadville - the nation's only two-mile high town to experience what the west used to be like. In the end, whatever you do, you can't go wrong with an escape to Breckenridge.

Perfect in every way!

We rented this spacious, immaculate, beautifully appointed, "user friendly" condo for a week's family vacation with our two adult children snow boarders. The condo is in a quiet location and just a 5-minute walk to Main Street, Breckenridge and to the Quicksilver lift. The pool and hot tubs were conveniently located to the condo. Since I planned all of the menus for our stay, the kitchen was very important to me as I prepared and served family favorites including Asian, Italian, southern barbecue, and a New England boiled brisket dinner! I lacked for nothing in the kitchen that had it all! Picture homemade cinnamon rolls rising on the hearth of the gas fireplace one snowy morning! Anne was such a conscientious owner, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Our week in Breckenridge was wonderful and we look forward to returning to Anne's condo which was perfect in every way!

Excellent for My Family

Clean and spacious. Short walk to quicksliver lift and town. Well equipped kitchen and it was very convenient to have laundry right in the unit. Was too cold to be on deck with BBQ, but that would be nice in the summer.

Ski trip to Breck

The condo was in a great location with easy short walk to lifts and to town. The covered parking was a bonus as it snowed the entire week we were there. The condo was very roomy and clean. It was extremely well stocked with everything we could need - best we have encountered with full pantry upon arrival. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo - the only minor down side was the lack of real shower in the back bedroom so our teenage boys had to shower in the extra bathroom off the living room which did have a shower and the front bedroom did get hot at night even with the thermostat turned down but overall it was an excellent condo which we would recommend for a great ski vacation.

Nice, clean condo with great location

My friends and I (5 total) stayed here over MLK weekend. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Being able to watch Netflix on the Apple TV after a day on the slopes was also nice. The location allows walking access to downtown Breck as well as the Quicksilver lift. The hot tubs and pool are also a close walk to the end of the street/complex. Anne is easy to work with and allowed us late check-out with no issues. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great location, Great condo

Very well-stocked condo, well cared for, with all the amenities we were looking for: fireplace, large kitchen, washer/dryer, grill, ground floor locker for ski stuff. Great location within walking distance of Quicksilver and town, plus very close to the hot tubs at Columbine. Don't really need a car if your focus is skiing. A great choice in Breckenridge!

Great condo and perfect location.

My wife and I, along with our two children, have visited Breck for the past three years. We love the peak 9 area for its apres ski, shopping, and its overall activity. This condo puts you within walking distance to all the fun of downtown, but is extremely quiet and secluded. We walked our kids to ski school (in their boots) everyday, and could easily access the quicksilver lift. The condo is clean and well maintained, it had everything we could ask for. Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. We also loved the keypad lock on the door(no picking up or carrying around keys) and the ski locker. Anne is a breeze to work with, and I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Anne!!
