This bright one-bedroom condo sits right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, with an unusual treat for the city: leafy treetop views through big windows, alongside the downtown skyline. It's an easy, comfortable place to land, with an open living area, a full kitchen, and a private balcony to enjoy the green outlook.

Settle in on the sofa by the windows, cook a proper meal in the full kitchen, and get a little work done at the desk. In-suite laundry makes longer stays simple, and a secure parking spot is included, which is a real bonus downtown. There's air conditioning for warm days, central heat when it cools off and a cozy fireplace

Step outside and you're a short walk from English Bay and the seawall, with Davie Street's cafes and restaurants right nearby. Yaletown, Robson Street's shopping, and the SkyTrain are all a quick stroll away, and Stanley Park and the downtown core are within easy reach.

Whether you're here for work, a getaway, or a longer stay, it's a relaxed, stylish home base for two, close to everything Vancouver has to offer. We'd be glad to host you.

Great location, very cute and had everything we needed for a small vacation. Walking distance from all of our plans. A lovely experience with place and owner. As a person who appears younger and has colourful hair, I did receive a couple of judgemental looks from other people in the building, but that is not a reflection on the host.

Perfect relaxing location. Lots of great restaurants in the area but kitchen was stocked with the proper utensils so I could cook my own meals as well Condo was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Vancouver next.

The place is very comfortable, clean and perfectly located if you like to be right in Downtown. The communication with the host was perfect and the check in process is very easy. We would stay again.

Great Location

Within walking distance of Granville Island and the Waterfront, and easy transit options very close, including easy access from the airport on the Skytrain. The unit is clean and comfortable and host is easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot

Came to Vancouver to work for 3 days - loves the location as I could walk anywhere in 15 - 20 minutes. Place was quiet and loved the windows from floor to ceiling - Elysian cafe was great next door too

Great stay at this cool loft!

Cute loft, well-stocked, lots of storage. Location was great; very secure building and parking garage, which was included. Host was patient, friendly, and easy to contact. We will definitely stay there again if we travel to Vancouver.

Great Unit and Location

It was the perfect stay for our wedding anniversary. We loved walking to all the restaurants, neighborhoods, and activities. The suspension bridge free shuttles, boat ferries, and bike rentals are within walking distance.
