The home was perfect for our week visit to the Fairbanks and North Pole area. Very conveniently located to local attractions, shopping and breathtaking views. The hosts were very responsive to any needs we had. I would highly recommend this home for your visit to the Fairbanks area.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was fantastic, communicated promptly, and made everything easy from start to finish. Our kids absolutely loved the game room, which was a huge highlight of the trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Adorable apartment in reasonable location, convenient to tourist attractions. The apartment is well maintained and provided and was an excellent choice for our family to decompress from a whirlwind tour yet enjoy the magic of Alaska. Rebecca is wonderful hostess, stayed in touch to help, and provided much appreciated foodstuffs, spices, etc, to make our brief stay memorable.

Loved this property. Came into Fairbanks a few days early before a Princess excursion. Explored area with rental car. We liked being about 15 minutes east of fairbanks.Rental is super clean. Pool table for the win with the family. Plenty of space. Snacks were helpful after a late arrival. Fully stocked kitchen supplies. Thank you!

Great house with plenty of room for family. The location for us was perfect. Close to North Pole and not far from Fairbanks. We would definitely stay there again.

The experience was absolutely wonderful. The house was very clean and description was spot on! The location worked perfectly for our situation - close to North Pole yet close enough to Fairbanks. Communication with the host was quick and very friendly. I will keep this place in mind when I visit again!!

Cozy place

Our stay was great. Convenient location, great communications with host, well stocked and very comfortable. Felt completely safe in the area as well. The host was very accommodating to our late check out as well. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay

Came to Fairbanks to see the northern lights but the clouds did not cooperate. Nevertheless, our stay here was a good one. Great location to food and shopping.

Great North Pole rental

My Brother and Sister In Law along with anothr couple came to visit Alaska, They wanted to visit the Santa Clause House and Chena Hot Springs. This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in the area. One of our favorite rentals for their visit. Close to shopping and food
