Great communication. Great parking. It's right on a very busy street. Safe walkable location. Town house itself was a little quirky. There's a bedroom with a pullout on the first floor, living space on second floor, master suite on third floor and a roof deck. Lots of stairs. The HVAC was unusual, heat in each room AC only in some rooms. Overall, very good.
