its big condo and it have everything you need
i have a driver that can come pick you up and your luggage
and take you to the apartment
so you wont get lost or get over priced fare from taxi's

have a 24 hours doctor that can come to the apartment anytime ( normal price )
the goverment allows us to have 4000 liter of water every week which is always enough, if you need more the goverment charge 5 jod for every extra 1000 liters

there is a 30$ cleaning fee paied for the fu reservartion
