Great 3 bedroom property. We stayed here for 10 days while waiting on our AC to be repaired. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everywhere you need to get to in Fayetteville.

The home has updated fixtures, is pet friendly, has a nice deck and great fire pit. It was very comfortable for our group of 6 adults and dog. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor amenities and it is a great location. We would not hesitate to return in the future.

We loved our stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The bbq and patio were great for meals and the kids loved roasting marshmallows on the fire pit (granted…we only did this one night because of the heat). The enclosed backyard was great for both our kids and our dog. The air conditioner stopped working well the second day; as soon as we notified the owner he was extremely prompt to respond and the issue was resolved quickly. I would note, the beds are very soft, which my family appreciated but may not be desirable for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and furnishings were to rate. We had a comfortable stay with all the comforts of home. We grilled and had game night and have a weekend of memories. We hope to be back in the near future.

Great getaway!

We had a great time during our stay. The accommodations were perfect for a long weekend for the four of us but could have easily fit another couple. Quick easy access to the university and downtown and a short drive to Bentonville. Nice quiet neighborhood. This would be a perfect spot for a football weekend. Host was very communicative and hospitable. We'd come back in a heartbeat.
