The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Bathrooms had nice towels, shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, hand soap. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc if you want to cook. Had a nice grill and firepit area on the back porch deck. Cute Halloween display on front porch. We did not have one problem, so did not have to contact the host, Everything was great, and we would definitely go back!

Great place for families of all ages

As a family we enjoyed our time at this location. A couple of suggestions: Label the light switches. Provide more details about swimming at the club house and other activities available at the club house. Excellent place to stay. We would go back.

Long weeked in Galena

My wife and I stayed with our friends from Friday through Sunday. The home was very clean, comfortable, and as advertised. It was close enough to Main st. in downtown Galena to shop and eat, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet while we relaxed at night. Thank you and we'll likely stay again.

Lovely Home and Surroundings

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home! Enjoyed the 2 decks, appreciated having 3 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen! Those country roads can be confusing, even to GPS, but we sure enjoyed the views! Our only little annoyance was that there was no ice for our drinks when we got settled in and had to trekk out in search of ice! Ha! Would definitely stay there again!!

Nice house

Listing said hot tub, but no hot tub, just a jacuzzi tub. The house is very nice with a sun porch that we enjoyed. Also had a fire pit we used. Location very close to Galena.

Amazing Stay

We enjoyed the beautiful and updated house, and the time in Galena. We loved the house and location. We had to use one of the blankets and bed sheets in the closet and unfortunately it was dirty. Otherwise everything was wonderful and the house itself was very clean when we arrived.
