Dog-policy: This home is not pet-friendly.
Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, therefore we highly encourage travel insurance to protect from the unexpected. Travel Insruance can be purchased through Vrbo or through us.
Rental Agreement: a rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking to secure your stay along providing a picture of your ID. The guest that books the stay is required to sign the agreement and provide the names of all guests staying, and must be present during the entirety of reservation.
Minimum age of Primary Renter: 25
Guest Count: Maximum 8 guests. Accurate guest count is required at the time of booking.
Security Deposit hold: A security deposit hold/authorization in the amount of $500.00 is applied to the credit card on file 1 days before arrival and may remain on the card for up to 7 days after departure.
