Such a great spot with fantastic amenities. Convenient location for Pine Avenue activities with a fun pool and spa on the canal. Offers a lot of flexibility for a beach trip depending on what you want to do that day. It was very spacious and clean on the inside with a fun outdoor space.

This might just be the most beautiful backyard on Anna Maria Island! We loved everything about our stay. The kayaks were a fantastic addition, as was the beach gear. The walk to the beach was just right for even the kids. We enjoyed the pool every day! There was ample shade with lots of places for everyone to enjoy. The grill and outdoor shower were also fantastic! Oh, and the manatees visited often. They were so fun to see! Can’t wait to stay again soon!

Beautiful pool/spa

The home was great, but what really made our stay special was the beautiful pool/spa and channel access that allowed our friends to pick us up in their boat!

My mistresses

Very much enjoyed the stay , great family place and fantastic location, any small problem we had management fixed immediately, and followed up ,really look forward to coming back, highly recommend

Great weather, house, manatees

Nice property. Pool was great. It did not work right at first but the manager got it fixed ASAP. Saw manatees several days in a row and they hung around for hours.

Tropical paradise

The house had just what we needed and was tastefully decorated and clean. The location was PERFECT, a short walk to the beach, one block from the bay, close to all the shops and cafes on Pine, walking distance to our favorite restaurants!! The back yard was AMAZING! The canal access was beautiful and great for kayaking, fishing, and manatee watching! And the pool and tropical landscaping was GORGEOUS, especially at night with the beautiful lighting!! Our family LOVED this property!

Beautiful property

The home and grounds are absolutely beautiful, however things were not as they should be for the price of a weekly stay. Oven does not turn on, whole top panel of stove is broken, TV in the smaller bedroom set up for kids does not work, there is no TV at all in the second king bedroom, the spa was not working and you can not swim at night, the pump does not work due to the noise ordinance and to be honest, the pump noise is not nearly as loud as the air conditioning unit outside. This needs to be mentioned in the description that you can not use the spa at night or after 9pm. Stayed in Anna Maria several times and honesty we've stayed at less expensive places that were more equipped.

We are sorry this guest was disappointed with this lovely home. The TV and stove were very simple fixes and are now working. We would have certainly fixed them during the stay but the guest told us not to bother and to wait until they left. There is a city noise ordinance on the entire island of Anna Maria. No outdoor noise after 10 pm out of respect for the residential neighborhoods. We do advertise this on the listing.
