Have this entire ocean front property to yourself and 16 close friends. (Duplex). A perfect place for large families to gather. You can accommodate up to 16 guests during your stay at this beautiful 1970`s home. There are two baths and 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. (You must walk outside and upstairs to access the upper unit). You will have access to the private beach and both fire pits, all surfboards, and boogie boards.

🚗 Community & Access
Gated beachfront community with 24/7 security

You are permitted 5 vehicles total. There are no exceptions to this. Once the vehicles enter they can come and go as they please. Only ONE driver of each vehicle at time of entry MUST be registered prior to entering. Ubers may drop off guests. Private vehicles may not enter the community without a pass. A pass cannot be issued for drop off of guests. (Turns out guests would get the ten minute pass and then stay for hours or longer making it impossible to manage the flow of vehicles). Excess vehicles can be left in town at your discretion and a vehicle with a pass can pick them up and bring them to the house. If you require a space that allows guests to come and go beyond the vehicles with passes, you will be frustrated and I do not recommend this space. This is most common with wedding parties that are using the space to prepare for the wedding. Think carefully about this before booking. If you are willing to pick up guests wherever they end up parking you will not have a problem.
