I waited a few days thinking about the overall experience I had should I leave a review First all i came for cruising the coast 2026 me and my husband have been coming for the last 3 years. I saw this home in thought that it was so charming. Apparently I was AI catfish, or these are picks from 4 years ago. The property looked nothing As described Vrbo. 5 days with out tv...The home has water damage throughout the walls, and it's very noticeable. The house has a stinch that's unrecognizable. Could be mold ...outside needs Trimming backyard needs some trimmings Weeds have overgrown the power line...Im very disappointed with Vrbo for continuing letting this host catfish travelers on this property..I need a portion of my refund!!

When you brought your concerns to my attention, I promptly sent our maintenance representative to investigate. He confirmed that both the television and microwave were functioning properly, tightened the bed frame bolts, and did not detect the odor described during his visit. The television issue appeared to be related to accessing the streaming services rather than a malfunction. We take guest concerns seriously and make every effort to address them promptly. Sandpiper Cottage is an older home with its own unique charm, and we continually work to maintain and improve the property. Our listing is intended to accurately represent the home, and we would never intentionally mislead our guests. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a positive experience for future visitors.

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was always available to reach and took care of some small needs we had. Place was very spacious and pretty clean too. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the back porch. Thank you Andy!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cottage immensely! The property was clean and perfect for our group. The kids room with ping pong table was a huge hit. We absolutely enjoyed staying at this home. It really felt like we were at home. The beds were comfortable plenty of dishes in the kitchen. It was nice and clean. Smelled good. Loved the backyard with the fire pit. It had corn hole boards, a ping-pong table in one of the bedrooms, which the kids loved. A nice back porch, where I loved sitting drink my coffee and just listen to the birds. I would most definitely stay here again if the house is available next time I come down.

The house was nice and clean with comfortable bedrooms, it had some areas in need of repair but it is to be expected with an older home. The charm and character was very nice and the outdoor area was well equipped.

The stay was awesome! The house was more spacious than it seemed on the pictures and very comfortable. I had a question at 9 o’clock at night and the owner responded within minutes! Beautiful property inside and out! The backyard is very spacious and functional.
