Amazing property

We loved this property, it was beautifully decorated and cozy, all three bedrooms were great sized, the location of the house is very convenient and in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the fenced in backyard was the perfect area for our boys to run around in. The host were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, will be booking again if the property is available our next stay.

Clean and functional

We were in town for my Mother's birthday. She lives in this neighborhood so in addition to it being a comfortable, functional property it was also extremely convenient. It was very clean and had any amenities we needed. We didn't cook or anything so I can't comment on that.

Heavenly and Hot

Booked the house for 3 days and nights for 8 people. The house was very accommodating for this group size.The house was very clean and nice. Furniture was beyond rental standards , deco was very modern. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. The location for me was kind of out of the way from downtown Shreveport. The kitchen had every thing you would need to prepare any type of meals.Booked for 3 days and 3 nights. First day, all went well, second and third day was a total disaster. The house air conditioner system was not working for 48 hours, the house temperature flexed from 77-84 degrees. I spend several hours on the phone with the host trying to resolve the problem, to no avail.Finally on my last day the host scheduled a heating and cooling company to come to the residence . They were scheduled to between 8am and 10am. I don't known they showed up and fixed the problem because I checked out at 9:15. I feel strongly against the host controlling the house temperature while there is quest staying there.

We recently experienced an unexpected issue with our brand-new AC system during a guest’s stay. Although I’m based out of state, I responded immediately, guided troubleshooting steps over the phone, and scheduled emergency service. The HVAC company even reached out directly to the guest, but their call went unanswered. The issue turned out to be an installation error—improper airflow settings and low refrigerant—which only the owner of the HVAC company was able to identify and fix. It was fully resolved after the guest's checkout, and the system is now working perfectly. While the guest also violated our pet policy and damaged furniture, we resolved those matters without penalty. We care deeply about our guests' comfort and always act quickly to address any issues.

We have visited Shreveport several times. This area was a great place for us to provide service to our guests. There is so much to do and this is a great sports town. Our home is close to everything. Our neighborhood is quiet and clean and safe. We have the best neighbors. We love our home because of the huge backyard and the open concept inside.
