Put your toes in the sand and enjoy the good life! This charming studio condo is located on the quiet beachfront community of Venice Villas on beautiful Golden Beach on the Island of Venice. Enjoy your private beach access, watch the glorious sunsets from the beach side gazebos or lounge in the large community pool. Property includes on site laundry facilities, grilling area, private parking spaces and fantastic fishing from the private beach. The unit features a small efficiency kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and a queen size murphy bed. This 240 sq. ft. Studio is exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, large screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi service and Roku TV. Walk, bike or drive to the charming historic Downtown Venice with great shopping, restaurants and a vibrant theater and arts scene. Sharky’s fishing pier takes you out about a quarter mile off the beach or you can catch the view from the 2 restaurants overlooking the Gulf.

Come join the beach life just steps from the Gulf of Mexico.

Great cozy hide-away near the beach

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this property, the space is well organized and a good value for the price. The short walk to the beach and onsite pool were exactly what we needed.

A place of Sunsets

Although somewhat small it was a delightful home, well equipped in a wonderfully quiet and seemingly safe area. I would stay there again on my next venture to Venice

My Vacation

It was just big enough for me. Murphy Bed was wonderful. Very close to the beach. Beautiful sunset. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet and relaxing

Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Updated room with everything you need. Just bring food and clothes. Huge pool, excellent private beach. And close to shopping. Our host was was nice and accommodating with any questions.

The property was as described. The response from owner Micheal, before our stay to questions and after check-in were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Kitchen was stocked perfect for our breakfast meals. Great location, quiet and easy to everything. Hoping for a return trip inthe spring

Escape from WI winter

This studio was a great option for a long weekend. Has a view of the beach from the balcony and only steps away from the pool and short walk to the beach. It was perfectly stocked and felt very secure. We bought some food and drinks and were able to cook and brew a cup of coffee. Enjoyed how close it was to downtown, shopping and other beaches. Thanks you for sharing your thoughtfully stocked apartment.
