This 2 bedroom 1 bath is just 6 short blocks the the heart of downtown Pismo and the beach.
We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will
have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given with check-in instructions.

Downstairs unit
This downstairs unit is fully furnished and includes a large backyard. Only 6 short blocks to the heart of downtown Pismo and the beach. Enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer. Perfect for traveling nurses, doctors or anyone coming into the area for work. Owner will only allow 2 people who work days to stay in the property. No pets/ No smoking / No parties /No exceptions.
**Must be over the age of 25 to book this property. ID is required**
Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.
