Overall clean room, kitchen had all that we needed and parking was very easy. Loved the location! Easy bike ride to Coligny Beach park and Lots to do nearby. I didn’t like that the pool was right next to a pond that said beware of alligators and the pool had no fence around it. We did get in for a little while, while there were other people there but didn’t feel safe when it was just us there, especially with our 7 year old daughter.

Great Stay

Steve was highly responsive. The condo was clean and was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Bonus that there was a wagon and beach chairs!

Love this location. Property was spacious and updated. Easy parking and checkin. Wasn’t familiar with the door lock but got help and it was easy. Well equipped kitchen . Problem figuring out the tv with two remotes. A guide would have been helpful. Beautiful pool with sun or shade and lots of chairs. Beach chairs available but need to be replaced. Unable to return the key at the lockbox and left the key with HOA president. Everything is nearby and lots to do. We were on a girls trip and wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice, Quiet place

We enjoyed our stay! Xanadu was quiet and served our needs, close to lots of activities. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, cold in April, but it is in the sun some hours so we were able to swim. Owner was easy to communicate with when we had questions.

Nice condo in a great location

We really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed, was decorated nicely and was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and to all the restaurants in Coligny. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine. The location was great and property was secure. It was nice to have a pool and it was very quiet. It was disappointing to not have beach towels provided and the beach gear (umbrella and chairs) had seen better days. The umbrella could not handle any amount of wind, and it was always windy on the island. We were informed that the patio door was not operational on check in and that someone would fix it. But after 4 days it was still broke. It was disappointing to not be able to use the balcony. Overall things were fine but the little things make all the difference when staying away from home.

Convenient location

The condo was clean and met our needs although it could use some general updating. We wished the pool on property had a bathroom nearby. The beach was a short walk and very enjoyable. We had a nice time.

This condo has some nice modern updates and all the necessities for a beach trip. There was dehumidifiers in the unit, but still felt musty. Location was easy to walk to the beach even with little kids and the pool was nice and clean.

Staying with us at Xanadu Villa's you'll be a five minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling. Hundreds of fantastic restaurants ranging from gourmet to family dining and take out. The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.
In addition Celebration Park is now open, 4 blocks from your villa. Includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids waterzone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and greenspace for public events.
Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.
