The Space:

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space right next to Hamstring Creek. The property is .4 acres and has an estate like feel. The large private office has 2 desks and boasts High speed internet.



There are three master bedrooms with 3 king beds. All the bedrooms are very roomy and well equipped with comfortable beds and everything you need to relax. This listing is for 15 guests. Fifteen extra guests, up to 30 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.



The main master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, an oversized bathroom with a custom shower, tub and a Zen room with Yoga mats and kettle bell weights. The 2nd master also has a King size bed and on suite bathroom. The 3rd master bedroom is located in the apartment and has a king size bed. It is an open floor plan with a wall that is visible to the rest of the apartment through the stairway. The 4th bedroom has a king sized bed. The 5th bedroom downstairs has queen size bed. The 6th bedroom/office has 2 twin beds with pull out trundles (this room is semi-private and can sleep 4 people. The two other bedrooms in the apartment are queen size beds. There is also a futon in a separate room off the master bedroom.



Custom kitchen with an island and everything you need to cook a family meal. Complimentary coffee is provided and the 2 kitchens are fully stocked with coffee makers, pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, toaster, serving accessories, and more.



The large wrap around patio and large yard feel like you have your own private park. Includes a fenced in yard, with separate dog run and fire pit, plus a view and access to Hamestring creek. Enjoy the large living room with fireplace, and a TV with Roku for streaming your favorite channels.



Large office with 2 desks and 500 MB internet speeds, a futon bed, a formal living room and a playroom with a card game table, shuffleboard, bar, fireplace and TV.



Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

The Neighborhood:

Located in Bridgeport subdivision which is one of the premiere subdivisions in Fayetteville. Right next to a Hamestring Creek. Enjoy views of the creek and the sound of running water most of the year.



The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. There is a dog park and a golf course about a mile away.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Extra Guests - This listing is for 15 guests. Fifteen extra guests up to 30 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) - Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book

- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
