This was a must stay location. The beach, pools, amenities and room layout were perfect for families with kids. We will be back! The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were awesome and comfortable. The elevators took 10-15 minutes each way but that’s to be expected in a high rise condo.

Great communication and prompt responses from the owner. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to stay an extra night and since the condo was available we were able to do so and the process was quick and easy.

Beautiful view in this property! We did have some issues with two of the three TV’s not working, but we weren’t in enough for it to be a big deal and just made it work with the one we had.

1901 E, is a beautiful unit!Our trip was for four adults, 7 days. We had originally booked another room, which had some serious issues. Only stayed there, one horrible nite! Thankfully, with the help of VRBO, and the awesome management group for THIS unit, we were able to move, realitivilty easy. The ocean views are just stunning!!!! 10/10, and all three bedrooms have a great view! The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay, from a blender to a crock pot! Awesome coffee bar,and higher end appliances. Furniture is nice, beds are comfortable and the place was clean. The three bathrooms all have a bidet on them! The unit also has several Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, along with other beach items. They really thought of everything to help make your visit easy, and relaxing! The Splash resort itself, needs some updating and cleaning, but the poolside bar made delicious frozen drinks and had pretty good ( bar)food!Totally recommend this unit, and plan to return!

Room was pretty clean with a great view of the beach. I didn’t love that the wrist bands had to stay on at the pools and not just be on our beach bags because of the weird tan lines, but other than that it was great.

We had a great time overall, but there were several issues with this sixth-floor condo that made our stay less enjoyable.The air conditioning was temperature-controlled, so we were unable to set it below 75F. So the entire stay our condo stayed at 74-75F .Unfortunately, the HVAC system also left the condo feeling very humid and musty throughout our stay.The washing machine needed attention, as the door seal was heavily affected by mold. We were uncomfortable washing our clothes in it. The bathroom sinks drained very slowly, and the bath tub overflow cover kept falling off and also showed signs of mold.Additionally, whenever we turned on the bathroom exhaust fans, there was a noticeable sewer odor.Overall, while we enjoyed our vacation, we felt the condo needs significant maintenance and updates to justify the price we paid.

Had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the sliding door going on the balcony was very hard to open and close but I would definitely stay here again.

The place had not been cleaned since the previous guest. It wasn’t a same day check in after another family had checked out. It was filthy for days, as admitted by maid service, also stating it wasn’t even scheduled to be cleaned until the next day….check in was on a Saturday at 4pm and it wasn’t scheduled to be cleaned until Sunday morning. Maid service showed up about 25-30 minutes later (kudos to them for the prompt response). There was an off smell in the condo, maid service found soiled baby diapers in the bathroom trash. Then there is a roach crawling across the floor. I kill it and call Vrbo and request to be moved to another room. They ask me to send pictures of the roach, I send pics, then Vrbo can’t move me to another room because the host only owns one room. They say that I can get their fees back but I have to go through the host to get a full refund. I talk to the host, he is trying to assure me that the maid service will take care of the roaches. No, just no. We get our suitcases and get out of there. I’m on the phone between the host and Vrbo for 4 plus hours trying to get a full refund. Got the full refund, went to Fairfield in for the night and booked another condo at calypso that night (through Vrbo), excellent room!! Idk who dropped the ball on this one but it was horrible. I will say that most guests don’t leave a room how the previous guests did. Food on the floor, table, stuck to the sink, dirty diapers. Towels and bed linens not stripped.

As soon as you alerted us, our team was dispatched immediately, but we completely understand why the initial condition led you to cancel your stay. We took immediate responsibility, waived our standard policies, and absorbed all processing penalties to ensure you received a full refund. The extended time spent on the phone was strictly due to mandatory reservation verification with vrboSupport, not an attempt on our part to hold back your funds. Regarding the pest concern: while the previous guests unfortunately left behind uncollected food and trash, we want to clarify that we never expected our maid service to handle a pest issue. Instead, we immediately brought in a licensed pest control technician the following morning. They thoroughly inspected the unit and confirmed there is no cockroach infestation. We are glad you found suitable alternative accommodations. Please be assured this is the first time our housekeeping has ever missed a scheduled turnover, and we have implemented strict corrective measures with our cleaning management to ensure a missed service never occurs again.

Our Stay at Splash Resort in Panama City Beach

Our family and friends had a great stay at this resort. There are a lot of activities to do and the condo was just as advertised. We were able to listen to the waves as we fell asleep every night.

This was our second stay at this resort, and overall we had another great experience. The host was wonderful both times we stayed here—very friendly and always quick to respond, usually within minutes.Upon arrival, we noticed the AC unit was turned off. We turned it back on, adjusted the temperature, unpacked, and headed out for the afternoon. When we returned later that evening, the condo was still very warm, even though the thermostat showed 72 degrees. The next morning, I reached out to the host, and he promptly had maintenance come check the unit. Unfortunately, the condo remained warmer than we would have liked throughout our stay, to the point that we purchased a few fans to help keep everyone comfortable.Other than the issue with the air conditioning, we have no complaints. The condo was very clean upon arrival, check-in was simple and hassle-free, and the listing was accurate, although there were a few furniture changes from the photos. The beach view from the unit is absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of staying here.We will definitely consider staying again and appreciate the host’s responsiveness and efforts to address the AC concerns during our visit.

Great Location

Condo was nice and clean. Had everything you could want in it. Splash is a great property to stay at with kids. Booking, check in was super easy. Appreciate having some basics there for you already. TP, soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. would definitely stay here again!
