We loved our stay. It was very nicely updated. Had a pack n play and high chair for our toddler. The furnishings were also toddler friendly. The view was great and a very quiet unit. We would stay here again.

This unit has beautiful views from the lanai and master bedroom. The apartment has been exquisitely decorated with gorgeous artwork. All minor questions and concerns were quickly answered and resolved via text. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicely upgraded, spotless, great amenities

Beautiful upgrades! Love the ocean decor and plush carpeting. Felt like we were the first guests to stay there. We wanted to be close to the Wailea Tennis Club for a pickleball tournament and it was just a short walk. Coming back with tired legs we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely look into this next time!

Needs maintenance and new appliances

This unit is very tired and needs some maintenance. The front screen door hinges are coming off the door frame. The appliances need to be replaced including dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. I would pull this unit from your VRBO listing until the owner takes care of these issues. We called the office twice to report the screen door, mostly because when we opened the main door the geckos would come. There were no shelves on the door of the refrigerator

The golf course was a nice backdrop when we enjoyed breakfast on the lanai. I would recommend that a map of the unit's location and the parking space should be sent as part of the email with information about checking in. We arrived after dark and had a difficult time figuring out where our unit was and where to park. We actually had to stop in the middle of the parking lot so that we could walk around and check the stall numbers in the dark. It would also be great if the location of the pools were given, especially the one for kids. We walked around and it and was about to go to one pool but it was only when another guest mentioned that there was another pool for kids. We wandered around not knowing where it was. Other than that, it was a nice experience overall.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the villa was a decent place during our stay, with a couple areas that could be improved. - Fridge ice machine appeared to have mold underneath- second bathroom shower did not appear very clean (shower base was dirty) - main bathroom fan was loud and sounded like it needs a repair - beach chairs were broken (broken support on one and broken arm on another) - sun shade umbrella would be a good addition, we purchased a cheap one and left it in the unit Overall bed was comfortable and when we had an access issue the PM team was quick to respond and get that sorted for us.
