As a family of five with young kids who like to travel, we ran into a persistent issue: hotels, resorts, and short-term-rentals were all mostly inconvenient. They didn't have the right kind of amenities for toddlers or infants. At best, these places felt cold, sterile, and had no design flair; at work, some short-term-rentals even felt like a toddler death trap!
We designed this property to fix this problem, offering professionals and families a comfortable place to stay. We didn't focus just on comfort, but having excellent design.
This property might be a good fit if you are.... * if you are house hunting * if you are visiting central Texas * if you need to work here on a shorter-term basis * if you're doing a renovation on your home
We live about 20 minutes away and have maintenance and cleaners on call as needed. We can meet you at the property if needed.

Southwest Austin is truly the gateway to the hill country. This *very quiet* neighborhood feels semi-rural with large, multi-acre lots, but is literally minutes to the city. Restaurants, a brand new HEB grocery store, gas, breakfast tacos, hospital, restaurants & shopping are all within 10 minutes.
Nearby Graceland Grocery w/Metcalf BBQ with live music, Salt Lick BBQ, Willie's BBQ (trailer w/breakfast tacos & sandwiches CASH only), Dripping springs wineries & breweries, Jack Allen's, Belterra & Circle C shopping.
For locals with longer stays, the neighborhood is zoned to Circle C AISD schools.
The space One acre property with circular driveway, one story home with no stairs. 3 bedrooms + flex room w/sofabed sleeps 8 total.

We fell in love with the sunsets on the back patio. It is a serene place to enjoy a beverage and ponder.
We provide many benefits for folks traveling, especially with young kids. We have everything you might need for play time, story time, meal prep, and dining as a group.
The large lot provides ample space for yard games. Some lots in the neighborhood have horses; ask before you feed them an apple.
We provide basic pantry breakfast items, such as cereal/instant oatmeal + almond or oat milk.
There is a BBQ trailer 1 mile away (Willie’s) that serves breakfast tacos starting at around 7:30AM Monday-Saturday, closed on Sundays. He is cash only (as of November 2022).
Plenty of items for children, but pack-n-play is upon request.
The driveway is spacious enough for about 4 vehicles. Most of it is paved, but there is an unpaved section that is passable/useable by trucks & SUVs. Please try not to park on the street or in the yard.
