Welcome to Sunset Point! This fantastic 3 bedroom/2 bath home is one of the premier rentals on Folly Beach. The owners have spared no expense from beautiful landscaping to high-end appliances and an incredible outdoor entertainment space, complete with your own private pool and hot tub! It is a short walk to both the beach and the downtown area of Folly Beach. Drive a short 20 minutes to all the excitement of downtown Charleston. This gorgeous home will be a vacation destination for your family for years to come.

The open floorplan features an abundance of natural light. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with custom cabinets and high-end appliances. Breakfast bar along with dining room table provide ample seating for the entire family. The spacious wrap around couch is perfect for relaxing and watching the large flat-screen TV with family and friends.

Primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, private porch access, and an ensuite with walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath in the hall and have 1 queen and 1 full bed each. All bedrooms are decorated in a contemporary style with ultra comfortable bedding. High-end, freshly laundered linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Take a dip in the brand new private pool and hot tub (Pool Heat will only heat the water to approximately 20 degrees above the air temperature- see below). Challenge your friends at a game of ping pong, darts, or one of the yard games provided in the massive under building area. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day of fun on the beach. There's plenty of parking space for cars, boats, and golf carts. The large screened-in porch has multiple seating options and is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Beach access is about a 9 minute walk, or a very short drive or bike ride.

Absolutely NO house parties, youth groups, fraternities, sororities, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. allowed in the home. Property is in a residential neighborhood with a 24/7 noise ordinance enforced.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 0.5 miles away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots!

Just a short, 20-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the garage and double driveway area. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Sunset Point has all modern amenities to make your vacation one of comfort and ease. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, Roku TV, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor shower, pool, hot tub, and high-end appliances. Pet friendly with paid fee of $125 + tax per pet. Maximum 2 dogs allowed with a 35lb. weight limit. No pool use after sunset. Home is non-smoking, no exceptions. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 people in the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.

A starter supply of toiletries will be provided and up to the guest to replenish as needed. Property is handled through a property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
