Welcome to our Yizen Beachfront Seaview Villa with 5 bedrooms and separate 5 bathrooms. Note that not all the bedrooms are en-suite. Set away from the busy roads and city centre, yet within easy reach of shopping and local eateries as well as public transport. Breathe in the sea air and enjoy Wongamat Beach right in front of your villa. The Yizen Seaview Villa has stylish European-inspired furnishings, stylish decor fixtures & fittings make you feel like you have ventured into a different world.

A well-designed holiday villa extending over 3 storeys, offering guests a luxurious retreat with its own private pool and sizeable gardens. The outdoor living and dining areas are large and with very comfortable furnishings. This outstanding villa is elegantly furnished with attention to detail. Two of the private bathrooms have bath tubs so you can indulge after a day lounging at the beach. For the more sun loving guests, this villa offers breathtaking sea views of Pattaya Bay, sunbathing areas and the beach is accessible directly from the large garden area at the front of the villa.

The villa offers a large modern kitchen with all the necessary utensils to practise your culinary skills. We provide a coffee maker, a stove, a microwave, hot water kettle and a toaster. You can enjoy private outdoor BBQ facilities, to use at your leisure. We can provide staff to help you with the BBQ for a small additional fee.

At the ground floor, you will find a large living area with kitchen with plenty of worktop space. There is a patio and a guest toilet. From here, you can access the garden as well as the private pool. There is a bathroom beside the pool, which is quite convenient for showering before/after swimming.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, both of which have separate bathrooms and individual controlled air conditioning, as well as private balconies and stunning sea views. You can take the stairs to the second floor, which has a third bedroom and a small balcony. There is a large bathroom with a spa bath. The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor. This also has a private balcony with sea views. It has a separate bathroom with spa bath.

You will find the fifth bedroom is located on the terrace overlooking the sea. This room has a large bed and individual air conditioning. It is the perfect place for couples to enjoy a romantic space due to the location and the views. This room is isolated from the rest of the house and it should be noted that this bedroom doesn't have a bathroom or toilet within or next to it, so guests should use the bathroom next to the fourth bedroom.

For your peace of mind, there is a safety box in the villa as well as additional security at the main gate to make you feel safe during your stay.
