Welcome to our 2 BR condo on the intracoastal with a community pool steps from your back patio. Beach access is .2 miles away. Sit on one of the two balconies and watch the sunset as dolphins swim by. Grab a fishing pole and enjoy the beautiful community dock. Recently updated, this home is fully stocked and meticulously cared for. Your stay can be full of R&R or as busy as you like. The best of both worlds in this quiet community that is near restaurants and Historic downtown St. Augustine.

Relaxing Trip

We had a great time during our stay. Nice quiet community. Perfect spot to bring kayak for fishing as well as enjoy an easy walk to the beach. Several low key seafood restaurants to enjoy fresh fish. Would definitely stay again.

Delightful Destination

The condo is immaculate and welcoming! We loved the view overlooking the Intracoastal and watching all the boats go by. The ocean is just a short walk and the beach is beautiful! Old St. Augustine is such a pleasure to visit and is very walkable. There’s lots to do and see! Needless to say, we loved our stay!!

Best of both worlds!

Lovely view of the intracoastal. Beach access is just a short walk across the street. Unfortunately, the intracoastal channel is closer to the property than I'm sure the owners would like but all in all, it's a wonderfully situated property. Very clean, updated property - which is always my number one concern. I would recommend this unit.

Perfect location

Nicely upgraded condo. The kitchen was well supplied with most things you could need. Nice chairs on the patio. Loved the ceiling fans. Pool towels provided was great. On the negative, several tiles on the patio were broken or missing. This could cause one to cut their foot. Also, the upsides sink barely drained. But, overall we were well satisfied.

ICW Retreat

Enjoyed our stay at this condo on the ICW! What I will miss the most are the dolphins who fed nightly for an hour and a half…mama and baby were seen almost every night. They pushed fish and it was interesting to see their hunting techniques. The condo was quiet, clean, and close to everything. Was thankful for the open cabinet space for food and the very convenient washer and dryer in the small porch out front. My husband fished off the dock, at the inlet, and off the beach. Our go to is the ocean side and quiet water at Matanzas Inlet. We enjoyed Safe Harbor fried shrimp and ice cream a half a mile away. We’ve done all of the St. Augustine activities previously so this was a beach trip. We did tour the small fort at Matanzas which was an hour long, very enjoyable, tour. We love staying in the area and especially on the ICW!
