The property was great! My family loved the MegaTouch! The beach chairs listed are what I would call camp chairs. If you want reclining beach chairs, bring your own or rent a set on the beach.

The place was nice and clean. The host was wonderful and very friendly. Always willing to chat with me and offer to do all she could to make our visit perfect. It was a great location and had all the extras we needed (chairs, beach wagon, sand toys, etc. Pool was chilly but the kids enjoyed it. The family and i had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We got to watch the beautiful sunset every night either from the condo or a short walk down! The location was great and easy to access. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of kitchen tools/etc. and lots of beach equipment to use - chairs, a cart, etc. Thank you for a great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was so comfy and the view of sound is so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Overall, a great experience!

Wonderful home away from home

We loved the location, the cove bunk beds for the girls, the view, the kitchen. The only cons were a squeaky master bed and the three flights of stairs to carry things in and out. Over all we loved it and are hoping to stay in the exact condo again.

So nice, super Clean. Love this place. Shirt walk across the Road to the beach, near by restaurant. Although you can cook at the condo just as well.

Paradise

We enjoyed 6 lovely weeks, beautiful views from our balcony- unit has everything you require & if not landlord will help out. Cathy & Scott are excellent hosts and made themselves available when required. Short walk to water & very safe area to walk and cycle.

Overall We Enjoyed Our Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo, but one big factor we learned upon arrival that is not mentioned in the listing, is that an elevator is not available, and this unit is located on the third floor. We had a hard time getting our luggage up and down the 3 flights of stairs, so I can only imagine how an elderly couple would manage. We would have appreciated this info prior to arrival as our daughter has a medical condition. Condo was clean with several kitchen utensils available. The beautiful views of the sound and sunset were nice, but we were only able to enjoy them from inside the condo thanks to the neighbors constant smoking. The walls are also paper thin and we could hear our neighbors partying & arguing into the early morning hours, the first few nights of our stay. It is a great location and a very clean condo, overall we enjoyed our stay, but the disturbances & smoking from the neighbors in the complex caused us to leave a day early.

Hi Tabitha, appreciate your review and am sorry you didn't note in the listing about it being on 3rd floor, I wish there was an elevator, but most small complexes such as this do not offer. I will be sure to insert this specific in the beginning so all are aware within the first paragraph. I wish I could control the influx of various tourists and do my best to accept that many are there to celebrate, but I am sure some can get out of hand. I would have certainly gone to that neighbor for you and advised of our concerns. Most important is that I am glad outside of the above, you and your family were able to enjoy your stay in Navarre Beach. Our best to you and your family!

The location was excellent! especially for the price, the only downfall is I didn’t read too many reviews ahead of time and realize that it’s up 3 flights of stairs. My husband walks with a cane so it was a little rough for him. That’s my fault for not checking, I just saw that it said handicap accessible and didn’t think about it. The house had plenty of space for me my husband and kids, would definitely come back (just on a lower level)! Beautiful view of the soundside sunset with beach access right across the street!
