This ground floor unit has 1495 SF of living area and a 200 SF beach front balcony. Walk directly from your private balcony to pools, hot tub, grilling areas and beach. A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: Our family has enjoyed our home away from home for many years and, oh, the memories we've made! We are all avid readers so we have a huge library of books to share with you. From the moment you walk in, you'll feel the stress melt-away. Drop your belongings and head straight to the pool or beach from your back door or just relax with a good book on the patio. Sandy Key 128 is the closest you'll get to a beach house with a bonus--fantastic amenities. It's rare to find a true ground floor condo with a view but we've got it and would love to share it with you.

Perfect family spring break.

The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking family. There is even an outside grilling area which was a plus for us. The decor was so cheerful and colorful. Such a friendly home to visit. Furniture and beds were super comfortable! We plan on going back again.

This was our first time visiting Perdido Key and we were extremely lucky to be able to stay at this property. The unit was so conveniently located on the ground floor with beautiful ocean and beach views. The pools and grills as well as the walkover to the beach were just steps away from our back porch. Each morning we could sit and drink coffee and watch the sunrise over the beach. The unit was very clean and cozy, perfect for our family of 7. I just absolutely loved the idea of being so close to the beautiful, white, sandy FL beach. Perdido Key is the perfect area for families and nature lovers. It has a low key vibe which we loved. We are so in love with this place and look forward to booking our next stay.!❤️
