Enjoyed our comfortable and convenient stay. Excellent and helpful communication with Liz throughout. Made a few suggestions upon leaving and they were quickly and positively received!

Very cute cottage style home! Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids and 1 baby. We loved it! The neighbor hood was cute and safe, we took some walks and looked at squirrels and birds and had so much fun. So close to town but also quiet enough neighborhood you feel secluded! The host was VERY responsive and very kind, would stay at this place again if we ever find ourselves in Maryville

Wonderful stay. Clean and neat and has everything you need in a house. Also close to almost anything you want to do in the area!

This home is in a great location right in town in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The driveway is steep, but there's easy access to the back of the house from the alley in back. This worked great for us since we had plenty of room to park our Jeep and trailer. It was nice to have the carport to park our motorcycles under. The location was great and central to lots of things to see and do, plus it's close to grocery shopping. We did use the small charcoal grill which was great to have. Our only suggestion would be to eventually have a small gas grill on the property. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. Thank you!

A very convenient place to stay. Within walking distance to downtown Maryville and greenway. Needs some updates. As a hip replacement patient, the bathtub had no mat making it very dangerous for falls. Plenty towels, blankets, clean and did accommodate the party of 6 comfortably. I would rent again.

Thanks for staying at our home Gail. I’m sorry you felt like the tub was slippery. We have provided a grippy mat in the past and someone must have accidentally walked off with it. We will make sure and get another one in there for folks that need it. Thanks again for choosing our place.

Heaven in the Holler

Incredible location, right in the mix of the city, but tucked away as if its in the county. Quiet neighborhood, great yard space. The cottage is adorably decorated, the beds are comfortable and everything you need is available. This is my go to place when I'm staying in Maryville.

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay. Small house but plenty of room for 6-7 people to sleep. Good to have 2 full baths also. Would recommend this house for anyone wanting to be away from big city traffic but close enough to commute to Knoxville for activities.

Perfect girls trip spot

I got this place for me and my bridesmaids to stay the weekend of my wedding. Plenty of getting greasy space and as stocked kitchen for breakfast. The tv had all the necessary apps for us to enjoy a chill movie night. I did not expect how close this would be to downtown Maryville, a real treat! Also plenty of parking space and a VERY communicative host. Loved it
