We enjoyed our time at It's a Wonderful Life. We rent a couple of times a year in Topsail and this was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. The location of the house was convenient and there was a perfect view of the ocean from the top deck. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Great stay, great location!

The house was exceptionally clean. The layout was great and we were right at the beach. It was unusually cool when we visited. That being said we had trouble adjusting the air conditioning. It was cold inside! We turned it up to 75 but it never got warmer than 72. We didn’t want to turn on the heat. Could’ve just been us, but oh well. We still had a great time!
