About this property

Great cottage in Summer Village with Central Air close to ocean! Walk in Shower!

Brightly colored cottage situated in quiet wooded area. Cottage #125 has a great location within the Summer Village property. Conveniently located in front of the property it is just a short walk to both the Adult pool and Family Pool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The bedrooms were both freshly painted for the 2024 rental season. The living room has a large curved sofa, seating for everyone, a large flat screen TV, blu ray player, and a DVD collection for movie night. The sun room has a queen-size pull-out sofa and dining for the family. The bathroom has an update beautiful walk-in shower with a glass door. The cottage also offers central air conditioning so it stay cool throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with a small dinette for a couple.

You can relax at the cottage and enjoy the many resort amenities. Walk, jog, or bike the 1.8-mile Summer Village Boulevard for your morning exercise. Hop on the resort trolley and head to tennis, pickle ball, ball fields, pools, fitness center, game room, and putting green. There is outdoor seating, a propane grill, and a bike rack.

The cottage and Summer Village alone would make for a great vacation, but when you add to that the area this vacation will offer you everything you need to create great memories. The Wells/Ogunquit area is well known for their beautiful beaches, many fabulous restaurants, amusement parks, theater, fishing, boating, quaint shops, etc. This will be a vacation you won’t forgot!

Linens and towels are not included with this rental. There is a rental service if you prefer not to bring your own. Beach towels are provided.

We absolutely loved this cottage in Wells Beach! It had everything we needed, and Kathleen was super communicative and easy to reach. The location was perfect, and the cottage was well-stocked and ready for our family of four. The only downside was having to leave!

Home away from home

This place has everything you need and more. It is nicer than my own home. The cottage is a 3 minute walk to the lower pool, rec room, and gym. Hannaford’s is a 4 minute drive. When the traffic isn’t bad, you can be at Ogunquit beach in 7 minutes. The property is very clean, and has everything you need for a beach vacation. I highly recommend staying here if you want to save money and cook in and just hang out.

Southern Maine coastal region has so much to offer for outdoor activities. Summer Village is ideally located to take advantage of everything you would like to do. Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery are all easy to access from this central location.

Cottage 125 at Summer Village is in walking distance to adult/family pools, sauna, hot tub, playgrounds, and fitness center. Take advantage of resort amenities and seasonal scheduled entertainment and trolley, or head to one of the many close beaches. Natural resources also include marshes, rivers, and conservation areas.
