Welcome to Inventors' Loft, a boutique FULLY FURNISHED BI-LEVEL Penthouse Loft, located in Downtown Philadelphia near Jefferson Hospital and many of Philly's most popular attractions, including the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. You are steps away from the city's best dining, shopping and nightlife. No expense was spared in creating and designing this brand new loft. Come be one of the first to experience the new Inventors' Lofts. This superbly styled apartment with its industrial design touch makes for a perfect luxurious getaway.

There is a queen size bed in the bedroom of the first floor of the apartment. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. The stairwell leads to a loft area (the second bedroom) where we have a king bed set up and there is an en-suite full bathroom incorporated into the loft area as well. Ideal for anyone on the go and is centrally located to everything. But also perfectly suitable for a spacious ~home away from home~. Comfortable, calm and convenient. We love to go that extra mile so you feel like you are at home. Without a doubt, this place makes for a true inner city ~revival~ for those in need of one. We are sure you will enjoy this home. We had a great weekend stay! The condo was clean, quiet, near many restaurants and history locations. Having 2 bathrooms for our group of 4 was a huge bonus! Communication from the host was great!

We loved the spot, it was a little hard for us to find in the beginning because its not directly off the street and we were not aware of the parking situation but we learned that we just had to park on the street for the maximum amount of hours like 2-3 hrs then you can keep renewing it via the app and on M-F you can stay from 10 pm to 8 am then you have to renew the parking. It was a lovely, modern, and clean place. My family and I would stay there again.

This is the nicest Vrbo I've stayed in, and that's saying a lot. Yaya was friendly and very responsive to questions. The unit is beautiful, easy to get into and nice to stay in. Location is fantastic. I will definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in Philly.For those who care about such things: note that the bedrooms don't have TV but the living room does. The kitchen has sugar, coffee, tea, filtered water but I couldn't find salt (not a big deal, obviously).

Great location walkable to the best of Philadelphia. The layout of the condo was perfect for two couples - two bathrooms a huge plus!Host was great to work with, responsive and very accommodating. We were able to check in early!Highly recommend!

Great location. Close to everything. Our party was 2 children and 4 adults. Kids slept on the pullout bed that was very comfy. Adults enjoyed both beds. Pillows were a little flat but bed was very comfortable. Some minor areas that were not cleaned thoroughly but didn't hinder our stay.

Super cute and great location

We had a wonderful vacation and this property was perfect for our small group of 4, centrally located to all the areas we wanted to explore. The host provided everything we needed and they were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!
