Such a beautiful property, we loved the layout offing wonderful gathering spaces and a perfect layout for privacy, as there were 3 traveling in our group.Kitchen had everything we needed, so many great options for coffee (very important for me) K-Cups, brew pot, and even a French press!!!!We were hoping to do some cold plunging in the lake, but the Lilly pads won that space, (we did not want to disturb what was there) morning walks to the main road and with way you go has a wonderfully maintained trail to avoid walking or running on a busy road.If the opportunity presents itself, I will book this spot again!!!

The host was wonderful about providing info and adjusting dates. We were very happy with the place and wished we had more time to spend there but we were involved in a wedding. Well stocked- comfy beds, peaceful setting.

Very nice home and property. Home was comfortable, clean, enough beds for everybody and only 5 miles from the wedding for my grandaughter. Would rent again.

This lovely lake house hits all luxury points. It’s spacious and has lake views and very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. The bedrooms have air conditioning units. May want to bring a standing fan for common areas. This house has tons of windows. You will love it - we sure did & hope to rebook soon!

Close enough, but far enough away

We live in Bedford, so it’s far enough away to take a break from normal day chaos, but close enough if needed to go home! Lots to do for all ages, plenty of space, clean and essentials provided!

We had plenty of room to spread out and comfortably enjoy our time together! The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were comfortable.Because Michigan is humid and the home is on a lake, there was musty smell in the home, but we bought a candle and that helped.

This is a beautiful house & property. Quiet & on the water. Plenty of amenities. Biking, kayak, outdoor fire pit and so much more! Hosts were wonderful. Close to Ann Arbor. Quaint town with restaurants & shopping. Would love to stay here again!!!

Perfect for Families!

The house was perfect for three families to gather for an early Thanksgiving and a birthday celebration. We travelled with a 9 month old and appreciated the hosts having a pack and play and a high chair at the house. The outdoor fire pit was awesome! We will definitely book this house again when we visit our family in Chelsea.

Perfect place to stay and right by the downtown of Chelsea Michigan. Make sure you look at the lay out before you book because we were surprised by how two of the bedrooms were joined but it worked out well for us regardless! We had one issue but they were super responsive and helped us resolve the issue right away.

Great stay

Perfect location when you’re only staying for a couple days and it’s easier to have family come to you! Got a chance to have all of my family come and visit and meet the new baby. Nice quiet backdrop of the lake was so relaxing and made a lot of great memories. Thanks for everything will definitely keep in mind for next trip.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. We were dropping off our daughter in Ann Arbor for school and used this as our base camp. It was a relaxing retreat from the craziness of Ann Arbor, but was convenient access. We loved exploring Chelsea and were delighted with the variety and quality of the restaurants there. The lake was so peaceful and we enjoyed canoeing and exploring the bike path. We will definitely be back.

A great weekend on the lake

We visited the area for a family reunion in Munith and loved our time at this property. The lake was beautiful, and the house was quite charming. It was the perfect size for our family, and the game room so a lot of use! The hosts were fantastic with great communication and flexibility. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone seeking some lake tranquility and a destination for the whole family to enjoy.

Peaceful weekend get away

Had a great stay at this beautiful home. Was calm and peaceful and very clean. The hosts had all the essentials we needed and then some. Clay was great to communicate with us and helped us with anything we needed. He went above and beyond. We booked a second trip planned for this summer. Can’t wait to come back!

Cute, Clean, and Easy

The house was great and easily accommodated our group of adults and children ranging in age from toddlers to under a year. The kayaks were a big hit and the town of Chelsea is quite charming. Clay was a great host, went above and beyond with communication and recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Boys weekend

This was a great location for our yearly boys/dad's weekend.It's a great space, the garage/game room is fun, it does take a while to heat up when it's cold. It looks like it would be even better in the summer! t's cold

Great hosts

Although we were not able to stay at this property yet, the hosts were fantastic! A booking error out of our control caused us to have last minute change in plans. The hosts worked with us to find a new location. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts to work with! We hope to get to stay this fall!

Great Lake House

The lake house is very comfortable and was well equipped. The owners obviously care about their place and their guests. We were 5 minutes to Chelsea and its wonderful restaurants and shopping. Spectacular mountain biking on the DTE Energy Trail was just a short drive (or bike ride) away. This was our fourth trip to Chelsea, and our third rental in the area. This place comes out on top - lots to do and the best location you could hope for.
