Two full bedrooms for your restful relaxation each with its own bathroom! Enjoy the ocean breeze from the balcony or head down to enjoy the pool or stroll along the beach. This is a park and walk location near restaurants and shops for your convenience!

Disclaimer: Parking is limited. Two parking passes will be provided, but two parking spaces are not guaranteed.

Please Note: The Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Loved the condo, pools and private beach. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants. We will be back!

Family vacation

This was a good place for my husband and I, my son and daughter-in-law, and 2 young granddaughters. We had plenty of space, my 4 year old granddaughter loved the pools, and the walk to the beach was short. It would be helpful to have a place outside to rinse more than just lower legs and feet, to avoid bringing sand into the unit.

October - Carolina Beach 9A

Property was really cute, very clean, and right on the beach. Had a lot of options for sleeping for the size of the place. The two bathrooms was very nice also. Oceanview was beautiful. Only thing I did not like was having to go to the office to pick up the parking passes. The office is steps away from the condo - the passes should be left in the condo and then we should have been able to leave them in the condo when we left rather than having to drop off by 10.

Beachfront condo for couple or small family

Initially didn’t think I was going to make this a very positive review as we went to check in and were left our parking passes for check in after hours, but were never given our door code. We did have to wait about a half hr to get into our unit. Once we did we found a few items broken- vertical blinds (about 10 slats missing/busted, impacting the privacy in this interior corner unit everyone faces-we did choose to have this fixed after our stay to avoid disruption and people into our unit during our stay, we just moved them for privacy), the Keurig which was replaced very promptly, the switch to a bedroom lamp and a towel bar. There were many dirty items we had to wash before use and the Brita water filter was a great idea except we didnt find the lid buried in a back cabinet extremely dirty and flashing for filter replacement until last day. The decor was gorgeous! Master bed was extremely hard, linens/towels basic and not very comfortable. Kitchen was decently appointed. The morning view was a beautiful sunrise, slightly impeded by the building across the parking lot but you can see the beach from the balcony off the living room. This unit is on the top floor of 3 stories, there are no elevators to our knowledge. Parking was ridiculous and not assigned to any unit…first come first serve, not even specific to your building. There are 2 pools, one of which hardly ever gets sun, neither of which have any reclining chairs, only upright chairs.
